I have to say that out of all the places I've been seen for my eye exams, this place takes the cake in all aspects. 1. Seamless appointments: from making the appointment, the checking in process, the exam itself, and checking out. Completely seamless. I've never had any issues with the admin/billing or clinical staff. 2. Extremely friendly and thorough Doctor: I see the female doctor (feel terrible for not remembering her name) here and she has to be one of the kindest people I've ever encountered. I had to bring my two young daughters to a recent appointment and she was extremely kind and accommodating. Even without my children at previous appointments she was very thorough and kind. I never once felt rushed or overlooked. 3. Reliability: I have had to contact their office on a couple occasions to have my prescriptions sent over for contact lenses and they were very prompt and fast with the request. I've had terrible experiences places where they say they will do it and then just don't. This place checks off all the boxes for me. I am happy to have went out on a whim and scheduled with them years ago because I truly adore this place and will not go anywhere else now!

Their reception staff is less than mediocre. Over all these years, all that we have dealt with seem as though they despise their job. They're not friendly, nor very helpful and at times, a few have been downright rude. We've learned the ropes and what to expect, which is unfortunately a 3 hour appointment, however only about 30-45 minutes is actually being seen by the techs or doctor. I've learned to bring a book, knitting or of course have a fully charged phone or iPad with me. The Techs that perform the plethora of tests are all wonderful and after so many years, a few of them remember us. They do a quality job taking care of his precious eyes... eyes are indeed precious and we are there every six months. The waiting room is almost always jam packed, they have a coffee station that seems to have troubles every time we are there, which for some may be operator error and unfortunately, it's uncomfortably cold in there. The building is an old home that has become a commercial building and the insulation just isn't up to par for our climate. ( actually touched my eyeball ) I don't know of any other eye care office that doesn't have the more modern machine that shoots a spurt of air into your eye . I was also underwhelmed by the whole appearance of the office . I don't think they ever put a lot of effort into assuring that the waiting patients were comfortable or that the waiting area was ascetically pleasing . They replaced the broken piece, repairing my glasses and did not charge one dime!
