Very knowledgeable and lots of experience so they ask all the right questions and anticipate all the right things. When you walk in to their shop, don't be fooled by what you might deem as "Old fashioned" florist. They are older women who favor some older designs but they are more than capable on the modern trends. I was very happy with the products I received! My only warning would be that they were a bit hard to get ahold of on a few occasions. But I think this was due to them being a smaller business with many events to design - which is a good thing! Just don't wait until the last minute to call them about anything because you may not get through on first try,. I also waited a long time to get my estimate after our initial meeting and wound up just calling them - even though they said they would call me. I would advise you to do this too.
