I'm gonna give this review for the one in Morris. Stay away from it. They have an absolutely zero tolerance for any returns. I just purchased a necklace that broke in two days and I'm stuck with it. This little shop is located directly across the street from the LaSalle County Courthouse. It's not terribly large but there is a ton of stuff in here. There wasn't anything that called my name, though. They have a lot of herbs and whatnot, if you're looking for that sort of thing. I had stopped in because this is the type of shop that often has sterling silver and/or silver + gemstone jewelry and I can't help myself. But luckily for my wallet, they didn't really have much. Didn't receive any acknowledgment when I entered from the woman working at the store, so I didn't feel quite as bad as I sometimes do about leaving after a few minutes and not buying anything. read more

I was a huge fan of rock soul live before they moved from Joliet St. I have been so excited to go to the new store on LaSalle st. What a disappointment. I used to walk in the store to tge calming sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, Florida water and incense. This trip was misserable. I relate to music. I wanted a gazing ball and really wanted to connect with it. I walk in to rap music playing. not zen related. Then about 2 minutes into my visit the lady yells. Seriously yells! ALEXA PLAY 80'S ROCK! I couldn't relate with anything, I couldn't get the feeling that this store should bring. Where is danielle? Very disappointed. I will still shop your stores, but I will now be driving to Morris. I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Rock Soul Love. I knew from their online presence that I would find items that I'd enjoy, but their posts and pictures don't do justice to the variety of goods they have for sale. A plethora of crystals/stones (raw and polished), jewelry, incense and burners, candles, home decor, clothing, a handful of books... and that's not even everything! They offer reiki, too, but I settled for a chakra bracelet for now. I stopped in for the first time today and spent at least thirty minutes just looking at everything (or as much as my eyes could absorb at one time), plus more time than I'll admit finally deciding on a few purchases. Danielle was very friendly and knowledgeable - she made herself available to help when needed, but she didn't hover or make me feel rushed. I will be back! read more
