My only warning would be that they were a bit hard to get ahold of on a few occasions. But I think this was due to them being a smaller business with many events to design - which is a good thing! Just don't wait until the last minute to call them about anything because you may not get through on first try,. Here is the picture. 13 flowers in the arrangement, three were roses. Nor only was it not a 150.00 arrangement, it looked like a 2 year old arranged it. I made a phone call, they offered to redo it. The next arrangement was better, but looked like they ran out of flowers. Again I called. This time I spoke to the owner, Chuck, who proceeded to explain to me how expensive flowers were. I sent him a photo from his stores website. The photos was a beautiful arrangement with 18 roses amongst other flowers, the cost was $134.00​. When I asked if I gad chosen this arrangement what would I have gotten. He told me I would have gotten the arrangement as seen in the photo. Wr agreed he would make up this arrangement. 5 min later he called me back and said he did nor gave the roses. I asked him to add more flowers to the 2nd arrangement and that I would extra for the extra flowers. He agreed. The new arrangement is nice, but not very "professional florist" looking. Still looks like an amateur arranged it. The only satisfying part of this business deal is that the owner did not charge me anything extra to make the arrangement
