We left to browse other dealerships who gave us really good deals but found the next day that Honda could match what we were looking to work with. That was where Martha came into play. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and just straight-up nice and pleasant to talk with. She kept this temperament even after we stayed past closing time, and although we didn't pull the trigger right then and there, assured us we could reach out to her or Austin anytime. We pulled the trigger on my boyfriend's new car Monday morning. Martha was super flexible with scheduling an appointment and sticking true to the deal she had given us a few days prior. Rod was the employee that helped us with the car's paperwork, making sure we knew all our options as far as warranty, gap, etc. Even this stayed true to Austin's comment of "no pressure" and we walked outta there with what worked best for my boyfriend. That's where you'll find Jacob and David in Rexburg. First of all, Lance with cutthroat towing got my butt off the freeway, but Aaa wouldn't take the trailer. Lance got me to Randy with all season towing and he came and got the trailer and brought it over to green light auto. I was desperate traveling from Los Angeles to Montana to pick up my son and his car. Everyone could've easily gouged the crap out of me, and not one of them did. I guess that's the difference between California and Idaho. Jacob and David assessed the problem and it was a big job a lot of work and they did it for me the day I brought it in I think an angel sent me to them.
