I contacted a TON of different companies to see who would deliver the most value with my windows. I had bought a house that was previously flipped, and they had only replaced the front windows. There were awful aluminum windows everywhere else in my house, and they were all gross looking, and all the seals had cracked. You couldn't even see out of the sliding glass door because there was so much condensation! After sitting through all of the quotes where they showed the quality of the windows and the prices for them, I determined that I could get the best quality windows with an agreeable price tag from Alpine Windows. Hiram was the one who came and gave the quotes, and we was very thorough and answered all of our questions, and gave us our price right up front so we knew exactly how much it would be, no extra hidden fees or anything. The install went pretty smoothly, they kept the (Just deep cleaned!) house tidy, and everything around the windows looked SO much better once they were installed. It transformed the rooms they were in, from the gross and old aluminum windows to the fantastic, beautiful white vinyl windows. We chose the triple pane windows, and there was an immediate difference in the room. They are fantastic, you can't feel any heat or cold coming into the house from them, or leaving them. Over all it was a fantastic experience, with very few minor bumps along the way. My husband and I worked with Hiram Molloy, the owner, to identify the best windows for our home that best fit our budget. He explained the different types of windows available today, from different manufacturers, and recommended a couple options. When we made a decision to move forward with Alpine Exteriors he measured our windows and sent someone else on the team out a couple days later to measure again before placing our order. The day of the install, the crew showed up exactly when they said they would, within in the 9-10 a.m. hour. The crew was very courteous and tidy. After every window was installed they sealed it up and cleaned all the dust and debris before moving on to the next window. They also laid down fabric tarps on our hardwood floors so they were not damaged in the process. Are you looking for new windows? Well, I strongly recommend Alpine Exteriors. The owner's name is Hiram and he is very easy to work with. Hiram came to our home and sat down with my wife and I to explain the different window types. He was very honest about prices and didn't try to convince us to buy something out of our price range. If you want to get cheap windows he can help, but he will explain to you why you may not actually want cheap windows. We installed triple pane windows a couple months ago because of a special being offered by the manufacturer. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Hiram's contracted installer, in our case Brandon, was very professional. Hiram measured the windows when we set the initial order and then Brandon came a week or so later to measure the windows again for installation. After a month for the manufacturer to build the windows, Brandon returned to install all 7 windows on our home. He was very quick and efficient. I had quotes done by competitors to do the front of my home only and Alpine did an excellent job doing all the windows of my house and the kitchen sliding door for just a couple of dollars more and triple pane instead of the basic thing the other guys were offering. I am impressed at how fast they worked and how good it looks. When they were all done I did asked for some details that one would argue it was just me being picky and they quickly and happily did as I requested. I recently had Alpine Exteriors install triple pane windows on my house. Although my home is relatively new (built 2001), it had very generic double pane windows that simply were not cutting it. I did my homework and got a few quotes. Alpine was able to give me triple pane windows for essentially the same price as the nearest competitors double pane. Not to mention the triple qualified for a rebate. Do your homework before you buy because a lot of window vendors are simply looking to make the sale. They are incredible quality and have great features, such as double hung windows that open from the top and bottom, sliding screen, popping in the window to clean it, reflective coating on the outside, and so much more! We had all siding, soffit, fascia and gutters replaced by Alpine exteriors. I was nervous about getting everything completed on time after hearing horror stories of half finished jobs from other contractors. They did an excellent job!
