We had used Dr. Carpet many years ago, and since our house is WAY off the beaten path, it's hard to find someone to come out for service. I could tell right away they had their act together. The dispatcher asked great questions like "can we find your house on a nav system", and "do you have cell service at your house". (Yes, and no.) Most people don't think to ask those questions, which can cause a lot of headaches. Also they called to confirm the night before--very thoughtful because I had completely forgotten! The technicians (Mike and Dean) were right on time, wearing masks and gloves, as well as shoe coverings. They worked around my home-office meeting schedule so I didn't have to worry about noise during critical parts where I needed to be speaking to my coworkers. I couldn't believe the stuff they found in my air ducts! (Pictured below, NOT including the dead mouse.) They also showed me pictures of the insides of my ducts, including a few areas that need replacing (they don't do that kind of work, but it's great to know, I would have never thought about that). And finally they made some suggestions about replacing my air filters in a few weeks. I appreciated that they never once tried to upsell me on anything. The total charge was exactly as quoted. Overall my experience was professional, friendly and helpful, I would definitely use them again.

I arranged for In Depth Home Inspection (IDHI) to inspect my Mother's home recently. It is actually…read moremy childhood home and Mom has lived there for 44 years now without an inspection. She wanted to get it done simply because one was long overdue. My Brother-In-Law had IDHI do a home inspection for a new house he purchased five years ago and highly recommend them. My experience with IDHI was nothing short of awesome! Greg is very quick to respond to emails, calls or texts and has all the answers. You can tell he has been doing this for quite some time. His knowledge of structures is only enhanced as he is a retired firefighter and spent decades working in and around all kinds of structures. On the day of inspection, he arrived 15 minutes early and we went over any prior areas of concern before he began doing his inspection. My Mom's house is a simply 1400 square foot single family home. Greg spent over three hours going over every square inch to include ALL attic and crawl spaces, the roof, and under the house (which I am convinced nobody has been under since we moved in in 1981. He has all his own equipment including ladders, stools, protective shoe coverings and overalls. In addition, he takes dozens of pictures and videos which he gives you on a thumb drive at the end of the inspection. He also goes over everything in detail at the end and I had an emailed copy within two hours after his departure. He even followed up the next day with another email to ensure we were happy and understood some of the deficiencies that need to be addressed. Greg also has recommended contractors whose work he has spent years inspecting on other homes, e.g., we knew we needed a new roof and he had a solid recommendation (again, he's spent years inspecting the guys work). Long story already long; I will continue to use In Depth Home Inspection LLC as long as I need inspections done and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone else.

We hired Curb Appeal Cleaning Services to assess and fix severe storm damage done to three of our…read morevery large trees. Albert came out within 36 hours of our inquiry and had a very reasonable estimate to me that evening and we scheduled a time for them to do the work. Two other companies I called could not even come out to do an estimate for several weeks and could not do the work for several months. Our trees are in an area that is between several buildings and fences so I was a bit worried about damage from falling limbs. Curb Appeal sent a crew out that was very talented. We watched as they carefully tied each branch to the tree, cut the branch, and then lowered them gently to the ground. They didn't damage a single thing, including any of my flowering plants. They chipped all the wood and gave us the option of keeping the chips or them taking them....we kept them! And when they were done my property was in better condition than it was when they arrived. I was very impressed with their timeliness and professionalism and attention to safety. They will definitely be our "go to" guys for future projects!
