On 3-2-2022 I called the title company and again talked to Ms. Garcia and told her that I had not received the documents. She told me that she would overnight via FedEx the Warranty Deed and I confirmed my address. I did not receive any documents. On 3-4-2022 I left a voice mail with Ms. Garcia about the lack of the documents and I never heard back from her. There is a total lack of professionalism and customer service with San Jacinto Title Services at the McAllen office. I do not recommend the use of this company for any title work.

This has been by far the most dishonest and terrible service of a Title Company I have ever seen in my life. With such an important process such as buying or selling your home, you need to use an actual Title Company that cares and will do the right thing.
