We started our home selling experience with another relator who I believe tried, but had a different process that didn't provide results. After about 4 month with that realtor and no showings we decided to brave it and try to sell it on our own. Now listing on zillow is easier than ever right. Wrong, we did start getting calls, but these calls were people who wanted to do rent to own or had no credit. Forget even trying to figure out the paperwork on that one. We were completely satisfied with the whole experience. The experience was professional and we had complete confidence that our house would be sold soon. We went in with an idea of what we were asking for and they actually went a little bit higher and said they would be able to get that for us. It was a quick process. All we had to do was get the house clean and photo ready. Within 3 weeks the house already had multiple bidders. We had a little bit of a bidding war. It ended up selling for above asking. It was a great experience. It was super easy, they were very communicative and let us know everything that was going on throughout the process. We had a renter in the house and we don't live in the same city as the house we own. They were closer to the house so they pretty much ran around and got spare keys and did a lot of stuff for us. Realtor provided online access tools to filter search for the perfect home and we would email updates when a home was available within our search, did amazing with the negotiation and contracts keeping with the budget for closing costs, and was quick to respond to questions and or concerns at all working hours and weekends.
