I had an extremely long wait at this office but part of that was my fault. I had to drive here and wasn't sure how much time to allow so I arrived almost an hour early. I did advise the front office staff but they said it was unlikely I would be taken in before my scheduled appointment. I get it. However, I still was not called back until over 30 minutes after my appointment. That is the only reason I am taking off a star, as the staff here is very friendly but they did not seem to be in a hurry to get things done. You could say the environment in this office was very chill :) I found it strange that I saw 5 different office workers during my time there, but it seemed like there was only one technician. That being said, the person that did my exam, Bibi, was lovely. She took her time and explained everything to me and she was very gentle and thorough. She could not have done a better job. This location has a much cuter changing area and more comfortable lobby area than the Lodi location. It is on the second floor, but they have an elevator if you're not able to take the stairs so it is very accessible. I will most likely ask to this be referred to this location in the just future, especially now that I know how long it will actually take me to get there and that the employees are much nicer to deal with. read more

Front desk receptionist and ultrasound tech were rude to me that day. Never have I ever went in to an ultrasound appointment where I was very uncomfortable. I went in twice now for a mammogram and ultra sound first time it took forever but I waited they booked me again I thought it couldn't happen again but wow got mammogram then they told me I had to wait they weren't sure 40 or more . I told her not again I had to leave her name was Breanna very rude told me if I left the mammogram wouldn't be sent. I couldn't believe it and she had the nerve to tell me things happen it's not our fault at that point I didn't want to talk to her anymore she got very rude I said I'm leaving. So she said again we are not going to send your mammogram in then I called another location to talk to manager. As a 15+ year patient/client of Valley MRI, I am deeply disappointed at my last FEW visits & interactions at this location. Rude/uncompassionate/unfriendly staff. Filthy/smelly restroom. Waiting area severely rundown and stained, tattered. No warm feeling as I remember it. What a shame. I was checked in, changed for mammogram and decided to not put myself through the experience. I've taken time to grieve before writing this, because I didn't want to speak only from a place of anger--but what happened to me and my family deserves to be shared. About a month ago, I came in for an ultrasound at 13 weeks pregnant, excited to see our second baby. Our appointment fell just after a holiday, and although I had the time written down, we never received a reminder call. It would have been a small courtesy, but a meaningful one. We arrived just a few minutes late (it was a really rough morning with our 3 yo), only to be told the entire day had been double-booked and they could no longer see us. I had already waited five weeks for this appointment--I wasn't going to leave easily. After sitting in the lobby for an hour, we were eventually called back. Before we even entered the room, the technician told us bluntly that our child would need to stay silent or leave--this also applied to my partner. Once inside, the tone continued. I was told to pull my pants unusually low for a standard belly ultrasound, and when I hesitated out of confusion, the nurse sarcastically asked, "Have you never had an ultrasound before?" in a condescending, dismissive tone--right in front of my firstborn. The ultrasound itself was quiet and tense. From her body language and the lack of activity on the screen, I could tell something wasn't right. I asked questions out of fear and concern, but was told sharply, "Please stop asking, I am not done." Eventually, we moved to a transvaginal ultrasound. My son--again, not being disruptive, just curious--was asking a question, and she told my family to leave the room. The ultrasound wasn't even active yet. After they stepped out, she referred to my son as a "distraction," even though we were still waiting for her to begin. When everything was over, I asked, "Is there an emergency? Should I be worried? Do I need to go to the hospital?" Her exact words were, "If there was an emergency, I wouldn't let you leave." That was it. Two days later, I miscarried. I know ultrasound techs are limited in what they can say--but compassion, professionalism, and basic human decency don't require a license. Instead, I left scared, confused, and completely unsupported. The lack of care and emotional sensitivity I experienced here was heartbreaking. If you're going to double-book your schedule, then treat people like an inconvenience when they arrive--just say you don't care about your patients. What kind of woman lets another woman walk out of a room without a single word of warning, when she knows what's likely coming? Your facility needs to do better. read more

If I could rate this place a 0 star I would! I'm a cancer survivor so it is crucial for my health and mental health that I get my scans in a timely manner. The scheduling has been a nightmare! It takes about 1- 1 1/2 hours to get someone on the phone to get an appt and sometimes the calls drop when someone finally answers!! I had to wait a month to get scheduled in for one of my scans. I was able to get someone to finally schedule two different scans on the same day in their Stockton office which is an hour away from my home but I figured it was worth it for me to not have to do two separate days. I received a call the day before my 2 scan appt to confirm my appt and was told that everything was ready for my appt the next day. Today, when I got here (took me 1 hour and had to arrange drivers for my kids to get to school), I was told one of my scans was not authorized yet meaning someone failed to do their job in letting me know before my long drive! The receptionist was rude and told me it wasn't her fault and simply blamed my insurance for not approving the scan yet. I explained to her that I should have been given this info the day before when I got the call to confirm my visit and that would have saved me a long trip! She didn't give me any sympathy. I insisted to speak to the manager. I spoke to manager Tracy who was apologetic but couldn't offer me anything other than paying out of pocket for my scan! I ended up paying $550 out of pocket for one of my scans because I could not deal with rescheduling or having to make another visit to this awful place! The absolute worst!! read more

Jasmine is the front desk girl and she always has an attitude every time I walk in. She doesn't greet, doesn't smile, is always rude and speaks very monotone to guests. For example, checking in, she just asked for my name & handed me paperwork without saying a word? She didn't explain that she was handing me paperwork, she didn't explain which package is what, she just left me standing there. Also, wen I did finish paperwork, she didn't even say that we were "finished," and that I could take a seat and wait to be called... I mean cmon it's common hospitality to say simple things like that, especially working front desk ‍ I paid money to get these things done, but after this, I definitely won't be back, & won't recommend this place to anyone. P.S: I got 3D photos done here and the quality was not good. DONT DO 3D/4D's here! read more

They don't even deserve 1 star. The front desk had major attitude. What was supposed to be a magical moment was ruined by the woman who did my ultrasound. She said I was too early in my pregnancy and I shouldn't have been scheduled to see my baby. My husband and I were asking questions and she answered them as if we were dumb. She snapped at me for not having a "full bladder" and said well someone should've told you not to go to the bathroom before hand. This is not my first pregnancy and I was never told I needed to hold in my piss to see my baby. I cannot believe they work with pregnant woman and have no hospitality skills. They completely took away the joy of the situation. Please do not schedule with them unless you want to be made to feel like you or your child do not matter. read more

Second year in a row having mammogram with the same tech. She is very irritating. Speaks in a sing/song baby like voice. She has an obvious "script" that she uses, instead of individualizing what she says for each client. Kept apologizing over and over for "hurting you". My exam never hurt. Even after telling her at least six times that it didn't hurt, as I exited the facility she said, " So sorry to torture you today". Thus was very irritating, as she obviously did mot believe me when I said over and over it did not hurt. I am an adult and resent being spoken to in a baby like manner. read more

I had the most amazing experience! I came in for my yearly routine, mammogram screening. This was my first time here and I was so nervous not only with my exam but reading the reviews. I came in and the front desk staff were so kind and helpful. Once I went into the exam room, it was so beautiful inside and SO peaceful, the soft music sound playing in the background and my tech BIBI .... She is the most sweetest person I've meet who has done my mammogram. She is so passionate about her job. She is not rushing you and shoving you and hurting you like other places just to move on to the next patient. Her bedside service is the BEST, she explains everything step by step and she takes her time. I will definitely be recommending this place to others and will definitely be coming back! Every time I come here they make me fill out the 3/4D ultrasound paper work making me think they will call me for an appt. My dr makes me come here to do ultrasounds. I was about 34 weeks and it's so hard to reach this damn place. No one picks up or calls back. Anyways I went for another check up for ultrasound and the lady was rude Af telling me I need a dr referral for the 3/4D ultrasound... which is so stupid because I filled out the paper work 3 damn times!!!! "It's apart of their policy"??? I did my ultrasound for my dr, and the ultrasound tech who is really nice told me I didn't need an appt for the 3/4D. This place is always using a new system or being taken over by new company or what not. Horrible communication and unprofessional. read more

Extremely unprofessional. Appointment was pushed back by 30 minutes, yet my daughter still waited another 30 minutes with a full bladder to be seen by the tech. The heavy set gal ultrasound tech then made comments to my daughter once in the room as my daughter was now severely uncomfortable with a now extremely full bladder. The staff and ultrasound tech was rude, extremely unprofessional and personally seemed to be working in the wrong career path. Corporate should invest in training this particular staff in customer service, communication skills, customer loyalty and satisfaction, empathy and being courteous. I will absolutely not be returning and will take my business elsewhere. How that staff is still employed after reading these reviews and my own personal experience is beyond me. read more

Had an ultrasound done and it went so smooth. The front staff was nice. There's a girl name Brianna, she isn't the type that talks the best with her tone of voice, but she's really nice. My tech was even the sweetest. She did all 3 of my kids ultrasounds and she has not failed me once. The conversations she has with you makes you super comfortable and puts you at ease while she does her job (if you're nervous). She shows you everything on the screen and explains to you what it is that you're looking at. She's really the best! read more

Had a mammogram on 9/2021... best experience! The staff went above & beyond. Curtious, knowledgeable, friendly!!! The technician was phenomenal!!! The new State of the art mammogram machine was incredible!! loved everything about my visit!!! read more

Had okay experience with staff here only problem I was told no kids under the age of 13 are able to attend ultrasound viewing . I came in today for my last ultrasound and they were letting people come in with kids . Super unfair that my child couldn't attend due to the rules they have but I guess the rules don't apply to everyone. read more

Very rude and unprofessional. They didn't want to Help me out and made me wait 40 minutes just to decide that they can let me in for my ultrasound. The heavier set lady who did my ultrasound said she was not going to look for a gender and that I can pay $50 just to get the gender. She also didn't tell me if the baby is healthy or anything I just got to see the screen and that's it. No comments on what is going on in there. I would not recommend coming here. read more

My son pediatrician sent him over for x ray of his knee to see if he has a torn ACL. anyone woukd know how important this issues is. waited 45 min. finally x ray done I ask for disk seemly there system was down to record a cd . After explaining my concerns in a very high quality manner all of sudden there system is working. i asked how long does it take for radiologists to read report and send over to ordering provider. well 24hours went and came I called several times either I got hung up on or nobody wanted to do there job. this is the worst ever experience I went thru on the otherside. please remember I am a healthcare provider. i would never have taken my patients thru this as they did. worst ever and I will not ever return back. and will not recommend. oh the pediatrician still hasn't recevied report. X-ray done Thursday morning it's Friday 8-12 at 3:50 and still no report. read more

Ultra sound technician was very friendly and explained to me why they look for the nub instead of looking in between the legs @ 13 weeks. First of all they scheduled me to come at a certain time. I show up and they said I was late and they didn't even want to see me because "I was late." NOBODY was even in the waiting room or in any of the rooms. I know this because a woman told the receptionist that so and so is runny late. Anyways, this was my first ultrasound and we were pretty excited. But I felt like because we "were late" they didn't seem to be as friendly. She then proceed to say ohh I thought you weren't coming you're late. I told them You guys called me yesterday to come at this time although the paper says a different time. She didn't care what I had to say because he was trying to make it make sense by saying well you were suppose to be here blah blah blah....... then does my ultrasound and kept telling me I needed to relax and that I was too tense. Well, duh! I'm a bit upset and you don't make it any easier by not being friendly and explaining much to me about what I'm looking at on the screen! Ugh, just a horrible experience I wish I'd never gone in there. It was a Mexican girl idk her name. Towards the end of the session she said since she couldn't find the sex of the baby I'd have to come back next time and in my head I'm like we'll I hope I don't get YOU. Ugh... ruined the whole experience for me. I'm so upset. This happened on the 26th of August around 3pm yes look the girl up at the Stockton building. Horrible. read more

I called for a gender reveal so we can see the gender of my baby and to also set up a later appointment to see the baby in 3D-5D, the lady on the phone kept telling me I needed a referral. Cool, told my doctor and my doctor said I shouldn't need one if I just want to see my baby's gender and 3D-5D ultrasound sound. So I called Tate Diagnostic the very next day and she denied me again, at this point I was very emotional started crying and just hung up. I had my aunt call to try and ask, and they told her SHE DID NOT NEED A REFERRAL. WOW. I would've been more than happy to pay for any packages they offered considering this is my first baby. I know my insurance doesn't cover extra ultrasounds which why I was already prepared to pay. They really need to get more organized bc they're telling people different things & they're losing potential clients :( read more

This is the WORST POSSIBLE 'professional' business that I've been to. I'm amazed that they can remain in business with as poor management as they display. I waited for a combined total of over 2 hours just to make an appointment. My 85 yr old father cannot make an appointment 'online'. The other suggestion was to physically come into one of their 8 locations. I asked what their formal complaint process was and was told just to type something up and bring it in for her to review. Are you kidding? During the inquisition that was made of me in order to make an appointment over a month and a half later, she asked me what the history stated on the order. I couldn't read the doctor's handwriting, so she insisted that I scan the document and email it to her. I asked her, isnt that something that you should verify with a doctor, not me? The hoops that I was required to jump through AFTER I FINALLY GOT TO TALK TO SOMEONE WITH A PULSE was completely ridiculous. There is no way that an 85 yr old patient would be able to do what they asked. But without it, there would be no appointment. What's worse is that the diagnosis is possible appendicites (sp?) which could be life threatening. And the soonest appointment they had in all 8 locations was a month and a half out. ARE YOU SERIOUS? So do we get to sue if he dies in the meantime? What kind of liability do they assume being 'medical professionals'? Every person I spoke with was so unnecessarily rude. I hope I never have to contact them again. If I do, I will simply go without whatever test is requested. I have gone to other MRI offices and they were so easy to work with. I dont know what their excuse would be or how they manage to stay in business...unless they scam the insurance companies like they scam their patients. That would explain a lot! I intend to file formal complaints with every applicable entity that I can. If i could have given negative stars, I would have. read more
