I recently visited a nail salon for a pedicure and manicure, and I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of service I received. The salon failed to meet even the most basic standards when it came to painting my toenails, leaving me with a subpar result and product residue on my skin. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of competence and professionalism when visiting a nail salon. Unfortunately, this salon fell short on both counts. The lack of attention to detail, the sloppy application, and the residue left on my nails are all signs of a poorly executed service. This was my first visit here in need of a pedicure. Firstly, the whole atmosphere was relaxed with soft music and really comfortable chairs. The foot and leg massage was firm but gentle, and I could have stayed all day. When it was over I was left in the chair until my nails dried and I actually fell asleep.
