I didn't have insurance this time & they signed me up for something & I didn't have to pay for anything, no Dr visits or blood work , not even the prescription that I ended up having to get. Hello I don't recommend this place at all. I have had so many issues trying to get seen with my second pregnancy. They never answered the phone. If you have an appointment they usually will call to reschedule your appointment. They gave me wrong results on my lab results. They told me that I had Gestational diabetes when that was not the case. Stay away from this office. The one in Menifee is WAY better!! read more

Slow as f....This place is an assembly line. They way overbook patients and it takes over an hour to get in to see someone. The front office is totally disorganized and oblivious to what's going on with regard to appts and billing. They send your RX to some flaky place near Hemet Hospital in spite of you providing them with the name and fax number of your regular pharmacy. Don't know why, but it's sounds suspicious to me. Something FISHY ! Their check in procedure is sorely lacking. There are a lot of talented ppl in the medical field but they don't work here. Extremely unprofessional and dismissive staff. I guarantee they will hang up on you multiple times throughout your care there. Dr. Parea will tell you to call him if you're having any complications, and when you reach out to his office to get into contact with him, they will give you a standard response of, "if you are having any complications, go to the ER." I'm not seeking medical advice, I'm seeking to get in contact with the surgeon in charge of my care. If you go to the ER, the physician or PA is going to reach out to your OB for advice on what to do for you anyways. You're just forcing people to eat a big ER bill, hours of their life, and most importantly taking away energy from ER staff for non-emergent care. It takes showing up in person and get visibly upset for them to be motivated to do anything. Just stay away. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. They must be getting first time pregnancies or women who don't know any other care. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REACH THEM BY PHONE, and if you can reach them they will make you wait two weeks to find out if you have an infection, AND if you do they don't care that they could tell you over the phone like normal people who give a shit about your HEALTH but they want you to physically come in for swab results. If you do have an infection just keep letting it get worse while you wait for your appointment. If I can give a no star I would. Very unprofessional office, you ask for Manager and they hang up. They refused OB services for not having a mask after going to ER 3x in a week due to possible miscarriage. Which they we're aware still refused services. But definitely will let insurance know of the situation. Which I really hope they get investigated due to not providing mask to they're prenatal patients and refuse to not see them just because they don't have a mask in handy. I have called to inform them that o have been to the are room twice for a high risk of a miscarriage, they did not answer so o had to leave a voicemail of my situation, until this day I have not heard back. At the time of my appointment I was being refused to be seen due to not having a mask. I asked for a mask and lady stated they do not give out mask... This is the absolutely worst Doctors Office I have ever been to in my life and that is saying quite a bit considering I am a Dr's daughter and I worked in my Father's office for about 3 summers, and it was run very efficient. This Dr office is inconsiderate, untimely, rude and it is rather sad considering the Dr that I saw seemed to be okay. I had a telephone appointment one day. The Dr never called, I called the office about 6 times before I got an answer was promised the Dr would call me within 15 minutes, it is already an hour and a half past my appointment time and then no one ever calls. I call back and leave messages and never hear anything until the next morning. Then I get an email saying I didn't show up for my appointment! So again I call the office and nobody answers, I leave about 5 messages and I finally get a call back and then they reschedule my telephone appointment and surprise surprise, I get blown off again!! What kind of Dr's office does that? Then I call because I don't want to go back to the office again after waiting 2 hours the first time I went and again I can't get anyone on the phone for 2 days, so I left a message and got a phone call after my appointment time and I explained that I never wanted to have anything to do with an office that was so mismanaged and treated their patients poorly and instead of apologizing she asked for my birth date and I said goodbye! For the most part the drs and practitioners and staff are nice, but it is IMPOSSIBLE almost to get a hold of anyone on the phone. It is so frustrating and when brought to their attention the excuse is the calls are all forwarded to one main office. First appointment was very basic and went fine except for long wait of nearly one hour to be put in exam room. (Menifee location). Second appointment was scheduled for minor in office procedure. After waiting in the lobby for nearly an hour, they accuse me of coming to the wrong office stating that they don't have the proper supplies at the Menifee location. She was extremely rude and condescending - until I informed her that I am a Registered Nurse and am well aware of how patients should be treated and spoken to. Nevertheless we settled that and she scheduled me for another date at the Hemet location. Third appointment. I show up at the Hemet location and am told that "Dr. Perrea may not be here today.." Huh?! Yet I have an appointment. I sit down and wait while the receptionist checks. When she calls me back to the desk she begins asking me about payment for the procedure. Before we get too far into that, I have to ask again if Dr. Perrea is coming. She tells me no, but that there is a PA there that might be able to do it.... No thank you! I am done. Will not return. Poor customer service and organization. Back office staff (specifically the "nurse" at the Menifee location) needs a course in customer service and etiquette. FYI in California it is actually illegal to call yourself a nurse unless you hold a license with the state! Staff has little respect for their patients or their time. It is NEVER ok to be disrespectful to your patients. Staff discusses other patients, even saying full names, in front of the 20 people in the waiting room. The only reason I went to Valley OBGYN was from a referral by my regular OBGYN. They managed to change doctors in the middle of my care from a man to a woman and didn't explain anything to me ahead of time, just swapped personnel and didn't think it was important to inform their patients. I was never told that I needed to make a follow up appointment, despite them having all of my contact information. They sent me a certified letter?? Who does that? Couldn't send an email or pick up the phone and call? After a 1 hour phone call with their Director, I was rudely hung up on and told that I could not be seen there again...OH NO!!! So sad, NOT!!! They are a joke and I am going to warn anyone that I can NOT to go there! I use NHC in Temecula and they know whats up! I hope for anyone thinking about going to this practice, please do your research and go else where. Red Flag# 1.Since I live in Corona, I went to the Corona office... Which they rent out. Red Flag #2. Unlike doctors offices I have gone to my entire life, this office had no personal (date of last missed period, family medical history ect.) paper work to fill out. Red Flag #3. I did not have a chart, all my vitals and questions were written down on a blank white piece of paper. The doctor who preformed my exam was not thorough. Just scanned my body and took a pap smear. For my first pregnancy and first visit I expected him to ask questions or tell me something... The whole exam took literally 5 minutes. The Deal Breaker: I was supposed to get a blood test and an ultrasound. For the blood test everything was supposed to be sent electronically with no paperwork. I went to the requested lab and to my dismay they didn't have my information. I called and spoke to someone who was supposed to have it sent again... Nothing. I called and left a message, after 7 hours they called and said they would fax it... Nothing. To make sure I was at the right lab (which I knew I was because they gave me a paper with their address) I called 3 different of the same labs and they all said they did not have my information. When I called again I was told to leave a message. No call back. I called and left a message again... No call back. To make a long story shorter. The same scenario happened with my ultrasound. A total and complete waste of time. Total incompetence and too much stress for a pregnant girl! Needless to say I booked an appointment with a local OBGYN Do yourself a favor and find another practice. . read more

They are extremely unorganized. The place is nice, all of the staff is very nice, however, the place lacks basic patient care. For example, I've been sent home multiple times without proper paperwork and instructions to do labs, instructions for what and where to pick up medications and had issues with them not communicating on time and efficiently with my primary care physician to schedule a surgery on time! Yes surgery ! I had to take time off school twice because they told me a date then all of these extra things came up as the time got close to surgery that could've been taken care of prior to scheduling but they didn't because the staff never instructed me to complete prior to setting up a surgery date. you would thing they would be on top of the requirements to make the process less stressful for their patients (as my prior experiences with other surgeries I've had) but this place by far has been the worst as organization goes. There are times where you go in a hospital pregnant, waiting for your bundle or bundles to arrive and you have nurses that really don't care about you personally. But wait I'm giving a huge hug and THANK YOU for these nurses and doctors who work in this department, helping families begin and or add on, they make you feel like part of their family. I went here when I was pregnant with my youngest daughter. They always had amazing customer service when I was there. Dr Urso always made me feel super comfortable when I had a drs appointment. I never had to wait more than 30 mins to be seen. I would recommend this facility to any expecting mom in a heartbeat read more

I've been going here for my entire pregnancy and now I'm still going postpartum due to waiting for a referral to go to a different OBGYN office. Dr. Perea was a complete asshole to me when I expressed what is going on with my prolonged postpartum bleeding. He downplayed my situation saying that I "wasn't bleeding" even though I've had several episodes of gushing blood, and guilt tripped me for engaging in sexual activity with my partner once since the birth of my baby. Then, even though I'm having severe bleeding that could be a medical emergency, he scheduled my next follow up appointment to be in 2 WEEKS. Meanwhile, I'm at home continuing to have episodes of excessive bleeding and the doctors don't seem to care or even listen to what I'm saying. Please don't go here if you want quality care during and after your pregnancy. I also just want to add in that they only have one ultrasound machine and it is ancient old, so the quality of imaging of your baby is far below average. read more

when this Perea "dr" was in IL, he literally took the WRONG part out of me, I ended up w/septic shock so bad I almost died, have had to date 54 surgeries (not kidding) to try to repair the horrendous damage done to me! He ruined my life, instead of helping me, he hired an attorney to keep him from getting into legal trouble. My lawyer PROVED via laboratory slides that the wrong part was removed and the dirty devil dr..still got away with it! No care for his patient at all. He lied in court which is against the law. After that all happened, then he ran out to CA and it appears that he is treating other patients horribly as well. DO NOT LET HIM DO ANYTHING ON YOU! HE WILL KILL YOU!!! read more

I saw doctor Rizvi throughout my pregnancy. He helped deliver both my sons. Cons-staff overbooks patients. You may wait two hours before being seen (with an appointment). Pros-both of my babies came out healthy. Honestly, the staff is horrible, but the doctor's are there at the hospital when you need them, and perform excellent when it comes to delivery. In the end, that's what counts. *Before offering them cash, I would suggest filling out a form they have for free obgyn services. read more

My baby died at nine weeks due to an ovarian cyst the size of a Mellon the technician couldn't see and the same technician claimed to see a heart beat the week before I went in to be admitted to the hospital and I would have been 10 weeks and 5 days. Well, I guess I should read the reviews before I wasted my time. I called the Menifee office today Dec 16th at 10am. I'm first time patient trying to make a first time appointment. First try: Receptionist: Hi, I have a patient ahead of you can you please hold?. Me: k...... On hold on the phone for 11 min and then automatically I was transfered to a voice mail machine. Second try: the receptionist: Can you please hold? Me: Uh... well, I was already on hold for 11min and you guys transfered me to a voice mail. The receptionist: Uh nope, we didn't transfered you to any voice mail, can you please hold?. Me: k........ I decided to start driving from wildomar to Menifee while I was on hold. I arrived to their office with my phone with the speakers on. I saw the receptionist doing something on her computer. Not on the phone with a costumer, not talking at that moment with any costumer. (By that time was almost 20 min waiting on my phone to get a hold of the receptionist). Right away the receptionist recognize the music coming out of my phone and said "you are calling to this office" with a small laugh expression on her face. Really? I had an overall great first prenatal appointment. I have to admit with all the negative reviews below, I was a little discouraged in making an appointment but I needed to see for myself. My waiting time was not very long ( my appointment was at 10:00 a.m and I was in the patient room talking to the np by 10:17). They were all very friendly, had no trouble with my insurance. The doctor was very kind, asking my husband and I if we were excited, did we want a boy or girl, stuff like that. The pap was quick and it wasn't painful at all. My prescription for prenatal's were called in right away. I do have to say this is my second pregnancy so I do know what to expect out of a obgyn and I am not being naive. The only bad thing was the waiting room. Very tiny and no privacy. But that is the least of my concerns. I look forward to my upcoming appointments and only hope they will continue to be fine. read more

This office is the worst this is my first pregnancy and they have made it the worst experience ever.. . I was seeing the nurse practitioner the whole time who never knew what the heck was going she never followed up with none of my test result until I asked about them. she always seems like she's in a rushing to get out.. The front desk girls are the rudest people who also never follow up in anything I was giving a referral to get my third trimester ultra sound and they said some one would call me to sechueld an appointment they never called by time my next appointment came up.. I had to call and follow up with them on it just for them to tell me I wasn't approved yet for an ultra sound.. And to argue with me about it.. .they also told me the couldn't see me because I was not iehp but vantage and stated they called to let me know. But i never recieved a call or vm about it.. but when i asked why they didnt call and follow up with me about my ultra sound they said they don't have a phone number on file for me that's why they didnt call but you called me before.. And mind you we text to check in for or appointment.. At 34 weeks because I told them they sucked they sent me a certified letter stating after 30day the were no longer gonna see me as a patient..so today at my appointment I needed them to fill out paper work for disability they tried to charge me 20 $ and I questioned it for them to respond with as of the 12the the will no longer see me and I'm 37weeks pregnant and to top all that drama I never meet the Dr until I was 36 weeks and I only seen him one time .. I recently had a lapse in my insurance and found this place on the internet. I was scared of the reviews, but they could not be farther from the truth. I experienced great customer service, professionalism, and friendliness. The waiting room was clean. I am not sure where these other reviews are coming from, but my experience was awesome. I had a 4 o'clock appt and didn't even get called back till 4:45, at this point the doc had already left so I couldn't get my blood work done "come back tomorrow for that" they said. Then the dumbass nurse told them I was 3 weeks or less along, so they didn't even try to hear a heart beat.... Ummmm I don't think a pregnancy test would even show positive at 3 weeks. I'm 7 weeks FYI. This place is a joke. They don't even have a working ultra sound machine so they're sending me somewhere else for that. Also the lack of communication was unreal!
