I know Invisiline isn't for everyone, but if you or your child are a teeth grinder they will protect your teeth from damage. You get a set of super sturdy liners at the end of treatment that act as a mouthguard for night. Instead of a retainer. Mouthguards on their own are expensive, so we were happy to get four of them. Each one will last over five years! Dr. Montgomery is always so joyful with all of his patients! The entire staff is attentive and super friendly. Best of all are the smiles my kids have that will last a lifetime!

A very friendly receptionist called me the next morning and I was given an appointment the following day. Their schedule is very flexible and I am grateful they were able to see me so quickly. I went in for a routine exam/cleaning and found I had two cavities. They were able to get them filled in that appointment and took scans for retainers so my teeth don't shift (sorry, mom, the dog ate mine from grade school). All in the same appointment! Every staff member I interacted with was warm and pleasant. Special shout out to Paige for her exceptional care and consideration. She was sure to explain everything that was happening or going to happen throughout the entire appointment. Truly a top notch dental assistant! Dr. Christoper Coulter was wonderful as well and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and took special measures to ensure maximum comfort and satisfaction during a dreaded process. Monika was the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth and she also took special measures to ensure I understood what she was looking for and how the process was going to work. Overall, no one really enjoys going to the dentist, but this place is top notch. By far the best dental clinic I have ever been to. I've had more horrifying experiences than pleasant ones at the dentist, which include some pretty suspect procedures involving root canals and my wisdom teeth. So horrible, in fact, that I suspect that the previous dentists I've had probably have their licenses revoked by now, if they're not already in prison for incompetence and cruelty. Dr. Gorman and his staff have always been very understanding and have catered to my mistrust from bad experiences, and he's extremely knowledgable when it comes to recommendations on what you actually need. These guys will genuinely do what's best for you and your health, and that type of focus on the patient is hard to come by. Also a big plus for giving me personalized advice on preventative care. I'm finally on a daily floss/brush/mouthwash regimen that actually works for me and keeps my mouth clean and healthy. One more big plus because he's a big baseball guy, allowing me to have a friendly heated debate about something that isn't just about my teeth.

Okay. I understand it happening once, maybe twice, but three times?? Well that really has nothing to do with me. I have a work schedule that I plan around when I set these appointments. So I reschedule for 12/3 because I like the doctor and hygienist. I get a call on the day of my appointment on 12/3, to confirm my appointment for next week on 12/7. Umm...no. That is a Monday, I never schedule appointments on Mondays, ever. I always have all day meetings on Monday, I've been with my company for 11 years. When I mentioned this could not be right. The receptionist said she would have never scheduled me for the 3rd since they have something going on all day. This might have been believable if they didn't have an issue scheduling my last THREE appointments. She also let me know I must have kept my old appointment, she was insisting my old appointment was 12/3. Umm, no. The original appointment that they needed me to reschedule was on 12/10. I have it in my calendar still and labeled as rescheduled to 12/3. I also have a VOICEMAIL from them on 10/29 asking me to reschedule my 12/10 appointment!!! 12/3 was never my first appointment, it was my new date after rescheduling. I'd love to replay the message for that woman. I also had issues with estimates. The last one was off by a couple hundred. I understand an estimate is not exact, but off by that much?! This I could have continued to overlook, but that along with the inability to schedule, now I'm running. I called to transfer my records and she didn't once ask if I'd consider staying. Horrible customer service. That receptionist doesn't know what she's doing.
