Horton Orthodontics GROSSLY mis-managed my daughter's care which caused her extreme pain due to over expansion of her braces related expander. This not only caused pain but also added cost of having a competent orthodontist fix the problem as well as additional and expensive specialized dental laser treatments to fix her gums. The office staff only cared about keeping it all quiet rather than helping her which was rather unprofessional and borderline disgusting behavior. They recently sent me a letter stating that they do not expect to hear from me again and won't cover the cost of the laser treatment but I can and will always share our devastating and painful experience. And honestly, the unprofessional attitude of the office staff provides an experience that would make me rather not hear from them again. I hope you, the "human consumer" will make the correct decision when choosing Orthodontic care for your children. read more

Didn't listen to my concerns about my teeth. I paid a lot of money for a work that wasn't great. I've complained that my teeth isn't wide and is still narrow. One of my upper right tooth is hiding behind my front two teeth, bottom teeth not so straight, and failed retainer, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. I was dumb back in Dec 2020 so I just okay then left. But now I know that I should've voice myself back then because I went to Minnesota Orthodontist today and they told me I can ask for a refund back, which I doubt they'll refund my unsatisfied result. I don't recommend this place. Nice people, poor work. read more

I had the whole expander/braces/retainer package with Dr. Montgomery back in 2001. Since then I have received no less than three specific compliments from dentists on the quality of my orthodontic work. Dr. Montgomery did a great job. A few other nice things over the years: 1. He once came in on a Friday night to clip some wires that were poking me in the mouth. 2. 6 years after my braces were removed he re-aligned my retainer during an emergency visit when I was back in town for a few days. read more

Dr. Horton and her team are top notch. They have cared for both my daughter and myself using Invisalign as well as traditional braces. My high schooler is using invisalign very successfully. The office staff is exceptional, they always know our names and where we are in our care and take good care of us. Scheduling has always been easy to access which can sometimes be a challenge in a family calendar. Dr. Horton is extremely knowledgeable and trained in the latest technology and practices. We feel very confident in the care plan we are receiving. At times, we have had a complication or two losing a retainer or a having a bracket come off and we have appreciated being able to get into the office and getting fixed up and right back easily and quickly. Very glad we choose Horton Orthodontics for our family, it's a wonderful practice that continues in the legacy and great care of Dr. Montgomery who formerly practiced in this office.
