Wasn't impressed !! thankfully I found another ortho doc for a second opinion.......I felt listened too.

Dr. McClintock is the best. I have had previous interactions within the office with another provider that was nowhere near as good and because of the other dr not caring about anything but money signs, I am now permanently partially physically disabled in both my knees and my back that started from work injury that continuously got ignored and the damage is irreparable now. Dr. McClintock did my shoulder surgery in July and genuinely cares about his patients and does everything in his power he can to help them. I have nothing but respect and love for Dr. McClintock, a good man with a large heart and a wonderful dr who has more on his mind that money and it is very refreshing to find someone that cares. Over book Waiting area crowded. 45 minutes in waiting area another 40 minutes in room. Didn't show mri. Said I needed knee replacement which turnout not true. Only see one Orthopedic surgeon good. read more

My apt time was 2pm. I got there at 150pm. Checked in and filled out paper work. Well who ever the PT was declined seeing me because I wasn't there at 130!!! If my appointment is 2pm than I shoulda been seen. I've had this injury for 2 years!!! I'm not pleased with this place of business. read more

This is a rating of this office as a whole. My doctor is amazing - Dr. Pistel. The office staff and some other issues need work. Let me break it down. PARKING - horrible lot for a patient group that is largely dealing with physical limitations. Small park spots and hard to get in and out of. DOORS - not easy to use if you have limitations. WAITING ROOM - tough layout for people with walkers, wheelchairs and crutches. DESK STAFF - they are helpful once they see you but they need a "controller" to keep it flowing. Sign in sheet is in the middle of the desk and patients are talking with staff on either side. Not much room. Maybe look at a digital sign in by the entry door and then call people up. When leaving we stood for 10 minutes trying to schedule a follow-up. The staff would look at us but not say anything. Finally went to the front area and got helped. Doctor wanted me back in 5 weeks, they said it would be 7. I said that won't work. Suddenly a spot opened up for 5 weeks. WAIT - we were seen 2 hours after our appointment time. This is the norm. I understand why - they have the best doctors in the area. They are trying to see as many patients as they can. Wish I had a solution. Closing - great doctors but bring a book and snacks - you'll be waiting. read more

This man took the time to figure out what I had been suffering with for a long time. I will be forever grateful. I adore Dr. Tabaree. He is so gifted. My surgery was done and I am recovering very well. I had an issue with my last appointment. I felt like a specimen! He had an intern that he was teaching and was not in my room for 2 minutes. Dr. Frazier explained what he would do to fix my carpel tunnel issues and I'm happy to say the problem seems to be fixed. The surgery went as expected and the recovery is progressing as expected! Thank you Two months in and the cut is healed and I'm getting back to normal. All issues I had (waking in the middle of the night with screaming pain in thumb, hand going numb on a regular basis) are gone. I recently broke my collarbone riding an ATV and Dr. Jonathan Pettegrew and his team have been incredible in my healing process! Dr. Pettegrew performed surgery on November 5th, 2020 and I have been healing really well since. Dr. Frazier and Staff are amazing! Dr. Frazier went out of his way to make sure I understood the procedure of a ganglion cyst and Cubital tunnel release from the beginning. He is very honest and upfront. His Medical Assistant McKenzie made the paperwork authorization and scheduling a breeze also follow up with these two is incredible. We are very appreciative of Dr. McClintock and his care team. My mother had a hard fall and broke her left humorous bone. She was referred to Valley Orthopedic and we could not be more satisfied with their care. Especially with our heightened concern about the COVID-19, we felt more at ease after knowing they were careful to admit patients to their facility by meeting protocols at entry. The clinic is clean and welcoming. My mother had surgery. We are incredibly grateful to the Dr McClintock, the anesthesiologist, the nurses, and the team on staff that provided care for my mother. Dr pettegrew is awesome, but always always at least 30-45 mins late if not an hour. I've waited longer then an hour. I'm used to it now I always expect to wait an hour after my appointment time so annoying. But fine. But when the staff looks you in the eye and says he's not behind he's on time (first time I'm in shock) well it was a lie. I don't mind waiting but just be honest. Don't lie. And if you don't know find out instead of saying yeah he's on time. He never is just give me an estimate of how far behind he is. And drop the attitude when someone asks how long the wait is we already expect the wait we just want an estimate. Also for another dr. I over heard he wouldn't see a patient if the patient didn't agree to sign a form for their new recording device in the room. Kinda rude it's our privacy. read more

Dr McClintock is awesome. I broke my left humerus and had a different surgeon repair it. It was a total failure, so I changed to Dr McClintock. He is very thorough, and long story short, I had a great outcome. I then fell in December and needed additional surgery on the same shoulder. Once again, he operated on it and I am now in PT, but it feels SO much better already. Thank you to Dr and staff! read more

I was not completely happy with the time it took getting my son set up with a MRI after dislocating his shoulder twice. I called the office a few times , they would tell me they get back to me before the end of the day, eventually we got the call to set up an appointment on the day my son dislocated his shoulder again. Honestly walking into that office and hearing surgery was the best option after waiting all this time to get things moving made me nervous. We thought about a second opinion, but after reading many reviews on Dr.Pettigrew, decided to move forward. The surgery went well, my son is continuing to heal. So far this is a terrible experience 1st off they tell you to be there 1/2 hour prior to appointment I waited in 90 degree heat waiting for them to tell me I could go upstairs that took from 2:40 till 3:20 pm I just arrived at home 16 minute drive for the doctor to tell me that all women have a tilted knee cap is anyone else aware that women are born with this defect ???????? read more

Seen a Dr. Casey today.One of the worst experiences I have had with a Dr.1st he didn't want to seem to be there.Didn't want to listen and gave me little to no help.I am not sure if because my ins was through the VA or he is just a miserable old man.I have noticed when the VA outsources me that Doctors who get stuck having to treat or exam me are not to happy or helpful.I received no helpful advice and was treated like a burden.I would never go back or recommend him.If you are a woman , or older he might treat you like a real patient read more
