Yummy! Rainbow trout - Pan fried for a good crisp edge but still buttery and juicy and oh so good. Very flavorful fish and a very generous portion, they gave me 2 filets which is kind of crazy. The rice is also very delicious. Spaeztl - served with butter and brown gravy as a side. They also have an entree version with cheese but I liked the simplicity of this version. Nice depth to the gravy and good texture on the noodles with a bit of springy bite. Not my favorite but decent. Chocolate dessert wine - a shot glass of not too sweet chocolate dessert wine that made me want to get more into dessert wine.
