This place is horrible and unprofessional. Please don't book them as a vendor if you don't want to risk ruining your party! I booked via text with Jenny, I sent the deposit and my information and everything seemed fine. They were supposed to deliver the tables, chairs, and jumper the day before the event. That day came and by 3pm I didn't get a call or text from them so I sent a text to ask for an ETA. At 6 pm I still didn't get a response so I called but there was no answer. I sent another text and they blocked me! I was so shocked and also stressed out because my party was in less than 24 hours! My daughter was so sad because it was her party and she thought it would be cancelled. Thank goodness I was able to book with 2 different vendors to get the things I needed at the very last minute. I gave my daughter an engagement party on Sunday and rented the round tables and chairs with table cloths. I also surprised her with a white castle jumper. (it's suppose to be the "in thing" for taking wedding photos) She had so much fun with her friends and fiancé, it really made the party. I had looked around for one and found that most places don't have and if they did, it was crazy expensive. The price was very reasonable and it was very clean and they put a sign with instructors which I thought was very professional. I was in contact with Carlos all the time and he sent me an invoice and requested a small deposit. He confirmed the day before and called me on the day. What I really like was that he was very flexible regarding the pickup. The jumper was outside so had to be picked up after the party. He gave me the option of coming back the next morning to pick up the table and chairs so that I wouldn't have to make the people left feel uncomfortable seeing tables taken away.
