I had the most incredible experience working with Orchid Party Rentals. I used their rentals for my sister's baby shower. Knar was so helpful when I called and asked for input on the types of tables and chairs she thought I would need for the event. I appreciated her input because everything was just right! I opted in for the delivery service and it went smoother than ever. I rented 4 round tables, along with 4 tables clothes, and 45 chairs. Everything was delivered by Thursday afternoon for my event on Saturday. They picked up Monday morning and each time was for less than an hour process. Thank you for helping make this event incredible!

This is about the 4th time Orchid Party Rentals has provided us with tables, linens, chairs, umbrellas and glasses for a party, and, as always, the service and quality is truly excellent! Knar is delightful to work with and the delivery and pick up is always reliable. This time we chose an array of colorful linens for our outdoor bridal shower and they were absolutely beautiful. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Called for a last-minute booking. Simple: tables and chairs. Unfortunately there was no delivery driver available for the time slot I needed. Knar apologized (definitely NOT her fault--my fault for waiting until the last second) and took my number just in case something opened up. Leap forward to Saturday and imagine my delight when Knar called first thing in the morning to say that a driver opened up! Lifesaver! Delivery was easy as could be. Orchid's driver let himself in and dropped the equipment off. Very respectful. Payment was simple. Pickup was flexible and easy. I'm in love with these guys. Can't wait for my next event to book them. A personal touch and caring attitude. Thanks for everything! read more

They delivered the day before the event and confirm with me when they were an hour away. We had an issue where 1 table and 3 chairs got damaged so I let them know. I ended up paying for them since it was my responsibility and I got to keep them. On the day of the pickup, they let me know when they were about 30 minutes away and took everything back quickly.
