Dr.Steffan was amazing, she was empathetic, caring, understanding and knew how to manage my particular condition. The issue I have with this particular place is that I have a condition that I called and asked who specialized in and wanted to work with that Dr., made the appointment & got the ball rolling with her. What I didn't know was that if I didn't specifically say I wanted to ONLY be scheduled with her every time, they will schedule me with anyone. Sometimes another PT specialist but most times a PT assistant. And not everyone at this location provides the same level of care. I gave other specialists a try (multiple times) before asking the front desk to only schedule me with Dr. Steffan every time or let me know when she wasn't available so I can reschedule. Which to me this makes no sense, how can you determine if you're patient is doing better or not if you don't see them every week? It doesn't make sense. I've gone to PT at another location for my back before, this was the first time I experienced a rotating system like this. The only location assigned you the same person every time you went in for your appointment. The front staff is great & will make sure to accommodate your scheduling request so if you do find someone you prefer to work with just make sure you let them know or you will be rotated through different PT specialists & their assistants.

I did not enjoy someone coming out last week from Park Avenue physical to do a third-party…read moreevaluation for insurance just to do a denial that's right people Park Avenue Act friendly upfront and personal but once it out for the insurance company it's bogus in your face, they may talk sweet to you say what you want to hear but the minute they walk out that door they backstab you they say oh yeah you'll pass will send the paperwork through you'll qualify for the equipment I got a call today I was told I was denied for watt Park Avenue physical wrote on the paperwork I was denied they said I need to go see a neurologist, there should be no need for me to see a neurologist at all my stuff is under control with the medicine I take the so-called Chris messed everything up on my paperwork now I'm stuck with a Electric Wheelchair I got stranded in the street almost got hit by a car yesterday, Monday my electric wheelchair fully charged left me stranded got off of my location it turned off again car off another location it left me stranded again call off another location it left me stranded Chris did not write down that the motor is making a noise my electric wheelchair is missing screws he did not write that in the report this third-party sent Park Avenue physical I was here to do the report to assess me and for what, Chris was just looking for a reason an excuse to deny my claim that I needed another electric wheelchair that's over five years old he gave it to my insurance now I'm stuck at home can't go to my appointment this Thursday on October 20 thank you Chris for messing things up thank you to my insurance again thank you Chris!! you go dude you rock for giving me everything I needed, you make sure that they denied me if I can give you zero stars I would Park Avenue physical is the worst third-party assessment ever if my insurance ever want to send anybody ever again to my place to assess me never ever again in my lifetime will I ever welcome anybody into my house never again, you can go where the Moon don't shine!! am I upset yes you are not the one that got stuck in the middle of the street and almost got hit by the cars who do I sue you Chris for making sure I got denied my insurance company because you're the one that made sure I got denied so who knows who you who do I go after you yes I'm upset you said if I had any problems to call you you said right here for my spouse everything's fine I'm gonna put the paperwork i'll make sure you get approved I get a call today Monday at 10:30 I got denied because of you because of what you wrote down that's why I don't trust any doctors or medical team here in the state of California you all are a piece of trash GO rot In Heck !!.. I will be doing a total of eight weeks once I am finished. I am extremely happy with the care and the regimen that they have me following. I have worked with four different therapists and they all have been very professional and polite. I am so glad that my doctors office referred me to this place and not another one because in just under two weeks of therapy, I can already feel a big difference in my mobility. I haven't felt this good in about six or seven years now. I can't imagine how I will feel at the end of my eight weeks
