Not sure what's happened here but this place has gone downhill significantly. Arrived to an empty waiting room with ear pain. Was hoping to be seen quickly. The front desk mentioned they would see me "right away" ... 1 hour and 20 minutes later and no word from anyone (???). I checked back in with the front desk and they saw me 3 minutes later. There was literally no one in the waiting room but 3 front desk clerks and zero (0) patients. Not sure what's Dr. Solomon's hold up was or whether the front desk forgot about me. Horrible, just horrible. Would give this place zero stars if possible. Come on Valley Health - what is up with your customer service?

Then my husband, who was in the waiting room, overheard the nurse and the front desk staff speaking negatively about me, making a joke out of my general practitioner's name and commenting on my arrival time. To clarify, I signed in on the website check-in list and was not given a specific appointment time. This is a walk-in urgent care, and there were no other patients waiting, so the issue is unclear to me. While the doctor was kind and professional, the behavior of the office staff significantly detracted from the overall experience.

This was my first time and it was for a medical concern…read more This building is big and a bit confusing but the receptionists are all great and directed me to where my appointment was. I had an 8 am appointment and I was seen almost immediately after being checked in. The ultrasound technician who works with me was Rebecca - I believe. She was so incredibly patient with me and explained every step of the process. I was nervous and they made sure to ask me if I was okay, if I was comfortable and I really needed that that day! The facility was clean and the waiting room had coffee and tea for the patients who were waiting. There was also a tv, magazines and lockers to stow your belongings.

Dr. De Noble was smiley and efficient, listened attentively, gave me information and scripts easily enough. And the office process was solid. Hard to find a female gyno with her reputation so I was happy. they are not a fully automated office, so nurses write things down and scripts are not emailed to the pharmacy, so you have to take a written script with you. Doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. They call you when too much time has passed from your last visit. Office staff is generally pleasant and prompt. I put my trust in this organization for years and they did not disappoint.

The 2 times I've been here I've had to wait 15 mins pass my appointment time. After physican assistant takes measure's my weight, height, and temperature. I waited another 15 minutes for the doc. Total time with doc was less than 5 minutes since my survey I wrote when I was with the PA had no issues. I don't have any chronic ailments yet so I consider my lucky so far. I probably do check in too much at restaurants. Too much waiting but it's only for once a year so far.
