Jacob went out on an inspection and determined the leak is not due to a damaged roof but by a leak in a hose coming from the ac unit in the attic. He provided pics for me to share with my ac guy. Promised to call before coming. 3/27 (Su): Did not come during the appointment time block, did not receive any phone call or text about a delay. Contacted them at 2:24 pm because I had to leave the house via text, received a call back within 2 minutes indicating they are running late. I gave them permission to inspect my roof without me at home and they promised will contact me for a report after the inspection. 3/28 (M): Nothing. 3/29 (Tu): Contacted them via text at 10:43 am to check if they have completed the inspection. Did not get back to me until 4:02 pm, I missed the call due to a meeting. Did not leave a message, did not reply to my text on the status. 3/30 (W): Nothing. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because they got back to me very quickly when they missed the appointment time block.
