So waited to 6,000 miles and changed - oil so black that the mechanic said it hadn't been changed for a long time. So black- he started to look at the manufactured motor and said it's the same motor as the vehicle came with. Doesn't look like they replaced motor. Checking with owner of this shop to see. Also the cost for a new replacement refurbished motor is over $9,000 and a 100k warranty, rebuilt same motor just fixing head gasket is just over $6,000 and only 25,000 mile warranty . My current refurbished replacement motor has rough idle, engine light is on and can't reset engine light.

I was referred to this…read moreshop and they had my motorcycle for a total of 6 months 4 moths the first time and 2 months after they did a shotty job and i had to take it back after the work they did fell apart while i was riding on the freeway and the problem has still not been taken care of so I had to go and get my bike after two moths of sitting in the shop. I had to involve the insurance company after they tried to charge over 10K to fix the bike. $6k the first time and they still didn't do the work they were supposed to do they were always waiting on parts and then they tried to charge another $5k for the work that they messed up and tried to tell my insurance company it was my fault. PLEASE STAY AWAY. Now I have missed riding season this year to deal with all this BS and I have to find someone to fix my bike correctly because they didn't they kept giving me the run around until I had a male call and talk to them about my bike then it went all down hill from there. Paint job is garbage and I will tell everyone on the bike set to not patronize this shop. HORRIBLE

As you walk into the office there was what looked like 2 year old dried chicken bones under a broom .. the desk was covered in old food and it was just really filthy.. In between the desks was what looked like a broken jar of coffee with broken glass and coffee on the ground . Then as I'm waiting a little boy walks by flipping me off in the office.. a while later he comes back and was being a little silly making faces and then all of a sudden he started throwing stuff at me.. First it was a metal tool (it didn't get close) but then he threw a zip tie and a straw both hit me and almost my mother as well .. So I get up and walk into the garage.. there's a random woman just sitting there so I ask if it was her son and said he was throwing stuff .. she didn't apologize or anything .. Idk this place had weird vibes .. and idk what garage laws are but it seemed wild to have a 4/5 year old running around throwing things at customers... But I guess for $75 idk what else should i expect. They said you get what you pay for but goshhh .. 1 star because they seemed to get the job done but stilll don't believe I'll be coming back ...

I don't know what has changed as I don't believe he spends a lot of time in the repair area but my last experience was very disappointing as I don't think the work was done well. A neighbor also went and they did a an awful job on their vehicle so much so they had to tow the vehicle to another shop in town. So although they are convenient will be using another shop in the future.
