I explained what was going in to the best of our knowledge, she diagnosed a probable slab leak. Brent came out, did a walk around and said call your insurance co. We asked if he could tell us what was going on and he said possible main break. No leak detection ( which i requested) charged 180.00 and left.I wouldnt call them again . I called called a different company and the whole vibe was different. Super nice. The guy came out found the issue immediately. Its being fixed as we speak. Like other septic services company they charge for the pumping and for labor if they need to dig to find the tanks. Mine were about 1.5 ft underground and they charge $90/hr I believe. Plus $350 for the pumping. They do an excellent job of explaining how all this works. They also install the risers (which I didn't know about).
