He came over in 40min, and finished quickly and with great customer service. The price was also excellent almost $100 less than most places who did answer later in the day or next day. I thought I had a major leak on the side of my house. I contacted Rich at I&R Plumbing. Rich responded extremely quickly and was able to set up an appointment late in the evening (7:30pm) after I came home from work. Rich arrived on time and immediately began to locate the problem. He explained everything he was doing as I was super curious. He was very knowledgeable and had all the necessary equipment. Can't even fix a toilet. I don't recommend them for residential repairs. Had them out 3 times and over 1000.00 later still leaking. Rip off. Shouldn't cost that much to fix a toilet. They did eventually give me a full refund. Which I appreciated very much. read more

Update 05/01/24 I regret doing a review prior to service. At the end i ended up reaching out to another plumber. This guy seemed so nice and polite. He asked me to do a review when he initially checked my plumbing issue, so i didnt think much of it and did it. (RICH- COMPANY OWNER).He sent out two adjusters to supposedly help me get insurance to pay for water damages from what he had told me, it was a slab leak. He kept telling me for almost two weeks in between that "his adjusters" would check and send a report of findings so i can open a claim with my home insurance. Once his "two adjusters"came over to check and told me not worth opening a claim, i called and sent him a few text because i still wanted to do job. He said he would call me and up to now never got call. Clear as water he wanted to scam me and insurance. I should have paid attention to red flags after a few attempts just with getting reports. I ended up hiring someone that was highly recommended and did excellent quality work. Please be cautious with this guy and company! I didnt do zero stars because it wont let me. read more
