They showed up within 30mins, fixed the e initial problem, caught another problem we didn't even notice (thank god!), and fixed it all for less than half what we were quoted for from other plumbers. They were extremely professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. I was home alone and I didn't feel unsafe or uncomfortable. 10/10 recommend! They caught another leak that we didn't notice. My wife and I purchased a new dishwasher. There was a problem with a pipe ap Rotor Rooter was recommended. They came out, looked at our galvanized pipes and said we need an entire home re- piping. The price? $35,000.00! We're an elderly couple. I am on SSI and my wife is one year from retirement so outside of really financing our home we simply aren't able to afford that!
