There isn't much parking around the entrance of the bank but the few times I've come here getting a parking spot is no problem. It is never busy when I have come. Inside is pretty spacious and so clean. The times I've gone, I've never seen a staff member at the front desk but regardless the staff in their offices have always greeted me and wished me a good day. I love the booths where we can make a payment with the staff member who pops up on the screen. And if you want privacy i think there is a sliding door. Its always been in and out for me.

I remember getting all the information that helped persuade to open a membership. They assisted me with a credit card and then a personal loan to help me be debt free from past credit card uses! As of now, I'm close to paying off my debt and feel that Logix FCU gave me the chance to make that a reality! It's also great to say that every logix location I have had the pleasure of going to have all been great service all around! Request for redundant paperwork is frustrating and time wasting. Their online banking app is a joke; it won't allow you to transfer to an outside account. The final step never completes the process. They do not have a 24hr phone customer service line. Their banking hours are limited and accessing your money through their app is impossible. I guess you get what you pay for. So if saving a half percent on interest is worth it to you then get ready to hoop jump throughout your banking experience.
