THEY DON'T DO JUST REAL ESTATE. If I could give no stars I would. Where do I begin, so I have never done my taxes well except once for 2012 and I ended up owing but ever since 2015 I barely started doing them one of relatives recommended me to one of his friends at alliance her name was Angie who I believe doesn't work here anymore due to fraud i'll get to that part later. I trusted this woman she promised me and my mother that we will get a good amount of return. So she told me she will take care of 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. I was so happy and so was my mom we were happy with our service I even treated Angie with a gift for helping me and she would always visit me at work and I would buy her meal even for her coworkers. I was having issues on getting my refund. They sent it to me so late I called in suspicion that something was going on and they kept transferring my call asking me what do I want with Angie. So that was getting me nowhere I ended up checking it on the site and my refund was on its way. Yes, I got my refund but I got it super late. Months later, I kept getting notices that I didn't do these taxes or this and that I was so confused hoping this was all taken care of I told Angie and she told me not to worry about it she will fix it she also let me know that same day she moved to a different location due to difficulties at alliance. Totally didn't think about it. My mother wanted her contact info because she wanted to recommend her to a friend so I gave her the business card the phone number on it was inactive we were so confused didn't understand what was going on. New year came ready for tax season gonna handle 2016 it should go smooth right? NOPE WRONG. the relatives that recommended us Angie? at alliance end up finding out she was scamming her clients as well as other workers with their own tax ID so she would make more money. she made lies on write offs on peoples taxes. she did something with my moms that didn't make sense we were lucky she didn't get audited but I was the one that got audited and she lied about fixing all my taxes so she only did 2012 and 2015 but not the other years so i ended up owing 2,300 to the IRS for 2014. that being said SAME COMPANY OFFERED TO FIX THE MESS with a lady named Nancy again I was happy that I was gonna get this fixed. Nancy made it seem like she was gonna fix everything but she needed a week to go over some stuff so she can see what she can do to help we trusted her...2 WEEKS GO BY WE HAD TO CONTACT HER TO REMEMBER US. she set an appointment with us and mind you she was gone longer than 1 hour on "lunch break" mind you the first appt. we made she was already gonna leave 45 mins EARLY? For our 2nd visit she said there was nothing she can do and that we were gonna have to deal with the problems that Angie made but she waited 2 weeks to tell us that? I asked nancy what are my options and she gave me a few she just wanted time for me so I trusted her the 3rd time and kept my patience mind you it came around spring break actually it was a day after easter...reason because when i came to my appointment she was late again. then she finally got to see me I was so unprepared for what she was making me do she made me talk to the IRS over the phone what they were asking me made me so clueless I didn't understand anything on was going on. The lady from IRS was telling me I claimed to have spend 8,000 dollars on school in write offs in the year 2014 I'm like no i didn't start school until 2015 i was on the phone with them on the verge of tears cause they're telling me how basically everything is screwed up i finally get off the phone with them looking at nancy in despair then she has the audacity...to tell me she had a great spring break these were the exact words that came out of her mouth oh and mind you i had a child with me " Man i got fuuhhken faded with my friends at this gay club in downtown La i couldn't spend easter with my kids this year cause i just needed that break cause usually we do some race and make group t-shirts but i had so much fun i cant wait for next weekend" and i just sat there pretending to be happy for her to see if she'll help me. NOPE. She told me there was nothing she can do she said she'll just charge me less since she knows I'm gonna have to pay the IRS. I still couldn't afford what she wanted me to pay i asked her for an extension she said that was fine. i was supposed to get refunded 2,224 i believe but instead half of that had to goto what i owed...money that could've helped me...or my family....but I had to learn from my mistakes...so I made arrangements Nancy had my information and document, A month goes by and I was trying to get a loan next door and they wanted a copy of my w-2s so I ran back next door asking and nancy was like "i have an appointment right now sorry" i was just asking for my w-2s for a quick second nancy grabbed my file and only gave me one and she was like thats all you gave me. read more

Somebody stated in one of the reviews that there people skills suck I would most definitely agree I am a tenant that the property was sold two young couple with kids as they tried to manipulate me and intimidate me with so many lies I don't even know where to begin I had asked multiple times for the new owner's name and address I even sent certified letters to the Realtorthe realtor agency even got as low as trying to give me a three-day tenancy letter that was made up not even a court order and I always felt so sorry for the new owner I don't know if my ex landlord and the realtor agency and even a new owner for trying to scam me because I'm still living in the house since January 2nd still no letters no eviction notices no nothing you spend $90,000 on a house and does it even come by and then when I do find his name and address which cost me money I go to his house and his wife tells me that they're not my landlord so I guess they didn't want the rent money so he's all due to the realtor their negligence of doing a closing without any kind of signatures or written letters to the tenant me any type of notices at all and from what I gather is that that made a big mistake on the closing and this poor guy still don't have possession of his home and don't seem to care this should of bin so easy to complete this deal that my 15 teen year old grandson could of done I don t have to mention any names cause u know who you are the staff I dealt with was rude unprofessional to the point maybe because I had dirty clothes on figured I was a idiot my rating for them wood be a big fat ( F ) read more
