I Tried to call to report a negligent driver in a company truck. The truck was swerving on and off road going triple the speed limit on a road with multiple "children at play" signs .... the person who answered was automatically defensive and rude, to the point of name calling. You would think as a tow company you would want to know if your employees are doing their job respectfully AND legally.... I would be concerned with how they treat your vehicles as it seems they have zero regard for the public.

Throughout the process, Sharon and Sal at the front desk were so kind and understanding of us, parents whose kids were stranded 11 hours from home.
