YOU ALREADY HAD MY MONEY! So despite your pseudo-intellectual rant (to put it charitably), nothing you said matches the truth in this case. But don't take it from me, Yelp readers, take it from the other one star reviews here. Maybe if you were a little smarter and kind (like the woman on the phone there) then maybe you wouldn't get hosed so often, but keep on doing your thing. Oh and by the way, a docusign document, with digital signature takes about 30 seconds to prepare and upload. I'm sure you're way too busy for that though.

I had a 2014 Cruze named Violet. I LOVED my car. I had called and spoke to Robin, the manager and she told us to come in and talk about our options.We met Tony and told him our situation. I am a regular customer in the service department. Violet had just been in for her thermostat so I knew stuff was going to start costing us money. I still owed quite a bit on my current loan and really thought I was wasting Tony's time. My fiancé Mike and I joked about it and thought what was the worse that can happen...they say no and we go home with Violet. Tony found us a beautiful silver hatchback. I took her for a spin and was overwhelmed with all the technology. The change from the 2014 to 2017 Cruze was crazy!! We got back to the dealership, had Violet appraised and Tony came back with tenitive numbers and astonishingly enough the payment he proposed was only $20.00 more than I was currently paying so we told him to moved forward with the process. Again I looked at my fiancé and told him..'There's no way we are driving off the lot in that car with that payment' I stood in the showroom and looked out at the 2017 Cruze Hatchback we just test drove..I told Mike 'If we do I have to name her'..and I did right at that moment name her Charlotte. I knew once I named her she HAD to be mine. Tony came back and gave us the astonishing news that we were approved and Charlotte was ours! My payment only went up by $24.00 a month and we had a brand new beautiful Cruze. Robin Potts and Tony Helmick were both fantastic! They did some kind of magic to get us in this car and we couldn't be happier. The 1 negative thing is we didn't have much time to go through the features of the car since we were the last customers of the night and it was late once all the paperwork was signed and done. Tony called me a few days later and we set up an appointment for tomorrow night to go through items that I haven't quite figured out yet. Mike and I are so happy with our purchase and love our Charlotte!! Thank you Fredericktown Chevrolet!!
