Recently we picked up some ordered items as well as 1 gallon of engine oil. My husband is disabled and an employee carried out and placed oil on the floor in our passenger backseat area. When I went to get the oil out, it had leaked from the lid all over and under the back floor mat, the carpet was saturated! Almost the entire gallon was spilled. Because I have the entire back seat covered by our pet seat and my front passenger seat back there is no way that if the oil was placed standing up it could have fallen to be laying flat as to allow the spill. We didn't open the container or note the way it was initially placed but it did not have a plastic tum seal on the lid. Beeler's ultimate is finding us that we shouldn't have left it in the car for a day...They finally agreed to give us another oil and would try to clean up the mess themselves although admittedly they had no clue how. I've soakes up all I can with paper towels, applied pressure with a plastic spackle tool to bring up more oil, and applied baking soda to absorb more. We are now looking for businesses that can clean up with degreaser and shampoo and hope oil hadn't migrated seeping through carpet/padding.

We went in on a Saturday, after just having our old riding lawn mower break on us. We had cash in hand ready to buy with no questions asked. We get to the dealer, and it was near the end of their workday about an hour left, but we figured they would want to make a sale and because we had cash it would be a quick process to buy a new mower. NO, The old receptionist at the front desk were so rude did not greet us when we came in or asked us what we were in for. We had to approach the desk after no one speaking to us and I told the Karen at the front desk we wanted to buy a new mower cash no financing. She looked at me and said the finance manager was with someone right now and he would be out. She never let him know or anything. So about 30 mins later he comes from his office with no one in there and asks us what we were looking for. We told him the mower we wanted and he said that they did not have any of those mowers in stock that we could come back another day. He obviously just wanted to go home and made sufficient commission that day where he just didn't feel like it. I asked him about the three mowers he had outside that we were interested in as well as the three in their back area. He said ALL of those are sold already...really 6 mowers all sold with no signage yeah right. Easy to say we left and went to Home Depot and purchased two mowers from them. Wanted a deer since the quality. But we are happy with what we have for now and this dealership will not get a second chance from us.

And I will try to come back and try to change it but right now, as it stands, coulda be better. This is one the businesses you just kinda drive past without taking any notice. But one day we needed some work wear quick and all the other stores that supplies that type of clothing was closed, except Tractor Supply. So we pulled up, excited to find a new place and get some work clothes. There was no staff to be seen anywhere to help us. The clothes were unorganized and random items everywhere. My bf went up to the guy at the register who was on his phone and asked him if there was someone who could help us and he said something like, oh the girl that works that department will be back soon. So we waited 10 minutes. And waited another 10. She never came. BF went back to the guy at the register, to see if he can get anyone else or what. The girl came then, looking pretty irritated and answered my BF questions curtly and left to back to stocking the back or whatever she had said. We HAD to get something, so we picked through whatever we could find, paid big $$$ for these work clothes, and left. I thought this would be such a cool store- I wanted to see the baby chickens, and browse the shelves, and get some gear but it wasn't a good experience here. I hope they all feel better since everyone working here seemed to be in such a bad mood.

I have had gas weedeaters and mowers serviced there over the last 15 years and they are the best. If you live in Sacramento and require and kind of outdoor power equipment repair, do yourself and favor and make the trip to woodland. FYI, I have had experience with one or two shysters in the Sacramento area and yelp and other reviews seem to confirm this. Elfrinks is the only way to go. BTW, it's been my experience that their repair for pricing is very reasonable but not sure how to rate it on the scale below.
