The woman at the front desk was friendly and directed me to the shop area in back. I explained what I needed to the first guy I saw and made a joking comment that I needed to "make my tractor great again." His response was, "Well, I won't help you then," and he walked away. At first I thought he was joking. I didn't know anyone there and was simply making small talk. When I walked around the corner, he was gone. I then walked over to the counter in the back, where two employees were standing behind it talking. There were no other customers waiting. I stood there for about five minutes before finally holding up the hose and asking if one of them could help me. One of them finally said, "I'll do it," and took care of the hose. He was professional and got the job done, but he wasn't friendly either. To be fair, this was my second visit. The first time I was there, everyone was much friendlier. It's possible the first guy thought I was trying to make some kind of political statement or insult, but if so, he completely misread the situation. I don't know whether that was the owner or just an employee, but from a customer's perspective it looked like someone refused to help me over a harmless joke. Regardless of politics, that's not how you treat customers. I got the hose I needed, but I won't be back.

Recently we picked up some ordered items as well as 1 gallon of engine oil. My husband is disabled and an employee carried out and placed oil on the floor in our passenger backseat area. When I went to get the oil out, it had leaked from the lid all over and under the back floor mat, the carpet was saturated! Almost the entire gallon was spilled. Because I have the entire back seat covered by our pet seat and my front passenger seat back there is no way that if the oil was placed standing up it could have fallen to be laying flat as to allow the spill. We didn't open the container or note the way it was initially placed but it did not have a plastic tum seal on the lid. Beeler's ultimate is finding us that we shouldn't have left it in the car for a day...They finally agreed to give us another oil and would try to clean up the mess themselves although admittedly they had no clue how. I've soakes up all I can with paper towels, applied pressure with a plastic spackle tool to bring up more oil, and applied baking soda to absorb more. We are now looking for businesses that can clean up with degreaser and shampoo and hope oil hadn't migrated seeping through carpet/padding.

These guys are a new small business just getting started in the equipment rental business. They are great! This has truly been the easiest and best equipment rental transaction I have ever had. Free local delivery. Ultra friendly service, newer equipment, and reasonable prices. I didn't have to go to their place of business to sign any long contracts or even give them my credit card over the phone. We arranged the date and time for delivery, and when they dropped off the machine he took care of the paperwork, "ONE PAGE" at my home. Chunyu was super friendly and helpful on the phone, and James who delivered the equipment was also a very kind and courteous young man. And James was very thorough and patient when explaining how to operate the equipment. I am an old retired veteran, and not as sharp as I used to be, but both of these young men were helpful, courteous, and honest! I am posting this post because I have had nothing but piss poor service, junky equipment, and high prices from the other local equipment rental that thinks they have a corner on the market. I won't mention them by name but if you rent equipment from time to time, you know who I'm talking about. I'm doing this because I want to see these young men prosper and do well.
