Once we arrived for her appointment, we did not feel welcome as the staff was not very friendly. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. The doctor recommended purchasing orthotics and when my wife inquired of our insurance would cover them, both the doctor and staff GUARANTEED that our 2 insurances would pay and it would be nothing out of pocket. Suggesting that she should get new ones yearly. Fast forward 10 months later and we receive a bill from the doctor demanding payment since our secondary insurance wouldn't pay. Office staff back peddled when we called and said it wasn't their responsibility to check the secondary insurance. But wait...you GUARANTEED that it would. A week later, I came to Dr. Le in a lot of pain and hobbling along. Turns out, I had banged my foot hard enough to turn the nail in and it was growing into the skin... Aka an ingrown nail. Dr. Le knew exactly what to do and quickly and with barely any pain took care of me, as well as gave me instructions on at home care. Until surgery was the only option left. My husband met Dr. Walker yesterday at my surgery and he liked him immediately. Which put my mind at even more ease.
