Walked in sick and wanted to walk right back out because of Bessie's attitude towards my husband and I. Other than the rudeness, she also did not clearly read my husbands medical forms and put the wrong race on his paperwork. I'm glad she is not responsible for handling patients direct care because I don't believe I could trust her one bit. Very sad that 1 person can make your whole visit awful. Put a smile on your face or find a career that does. And also, please read ALL MEDICAL CHARTS THOROUGHLY. You ask us to fill it out for a reason, if you're not going to pay attention then why should we waste time doing it? My husband is also severely allergic to certain medications so this could have been worse if she continued to not pay attention. I walked out in the same condition I walked in with. Still in pain, but lacking 150 dollars they charged me to state the obvious. I don't go to doctors because this is not the first experience of the like I have encountered. I wasted time and money at this establishment and should have just went to the ER. At least at the ER if I receive terrible service I can elect not to pay the bill for the time being at least. The only reason I can see to visit this place is if you feel fine but symptoms are beginning to arise, not if you're actually in pain and need help.
