Getting an appointment is really tricky due to so many patients, but everyone is very caring and understanding, and that's what we love about it. They respect your choices, care for every need, and are never too pushy on vaccines, medicines, etc. Four star just due to how long you have to wait for appointments. My son was never the month he currently was for his check ups. He'd be 6 months but not seen til 8. Not really anyone's fault, just tricky for busy families. Thank you!

This is a Dr office for children, not a place of political propaganda. Luckily I have found a different office that doesn't boast political views in their lobby. The day before I check to make sure they've got them but, no. They don't seem to have them on file. The person on the phone then launches into a "It's not our fault" BS excuse. I'm sorry, if you have had the paperwork for a week and a half and you want to actually give patients an acceptable level of care, it IS your responsibility to request the records and follow up on it BEFORE the appointment so you're not wasting everyone's time AND money with a worthless appointment that was made specifically to get caught up on immunizations. My search for a solid pediatrician's office in Chehalis/Centralia continues. It's ridiculous how poor the quality of care is in this area. This is the third clinic that has dropped the ball.

We always have lots of questions when we bring her in for her well check ups and we have never felt rushed. As far as wait time goes, it's pretty much non existent, but we usually plan her appointments when school is in session, so that might have something to do with it. I would definitely recommend CCC to my friends, in the year that we have taken our daughter there, they have gone above and beyond for us.
