But we get there for our 2 week check up (even though we had our 2 week check up with our midwife). Lisa Barer, MD walked in and didn't even introduce her self until later in the appointment. We could already tell once we told her that we did a natural birth she started to judge us. Then we said we wanted to do an alternate vaccine schedule (didn't say we didn't want to vaccinate our son) according to Dr. Sears book, and she instantly said "well that book isn't based on facts and it's band in the UK just so you know." And then my wife had a complication about the placenta being delivered and the sack, staying attached to her uterus during labor and Dr. Lisa said very rudely, "I don't know if they told you but you could've died." Then to top it off, she started to poke fun about his birthmark on his face and came back in the room just to take a picture of it, saying she needs records and to keep an eye on it. 10/10 do not recommend.

Inrequested to do a delayed vaccine schedule for personal reason and she right away said no problem well do the Dr. SEARS schedule. We have been coming in once a month and it has been great until today. Dr. Barer is out so it was Megan who was in. She came in and said well it looks like they accidently forgot to do the combo tdap vaccine and that the dr. Sears sxhedule says to do the combo. I reviewed it and let her know I thought hep b on dr sears want until over a year. She told me it is and that he's behind the schedule so we need to do it. My head was spinning because I thought she might be lying but didn't have my phone to look it up. I agreed because I hate confrontation and they assured me that it was the dr sears schedule after I asked over and over. Once I got back to my car and looked it up they 100% lied to me. I'm so sad because I cannot trust my son at a clinic that lies to the parents adamantly and purposefully. I will be looking for a new pediatrician sadly. Although I love Dr. Barer I'm only available on Wednesdays now which is her day off.

We've only really needed to be there for the regular checkups and shots but they've always been very sweet and caring with him. They contact us for our appointments and rescheduling, the nurses are very good when giving the shots which is never a fun experience but they do their best. During the covid stuff every medical facility had procedures to work through, but they did a great job not making it difficult. Dr. Jiang is straight forward and sweet.

The derm himself put a note in my file that I need to be seen 24-48 hours when I call about a specific topic and the staff never accommodate. The care itself is satisfactory but good luck ever being seen. Also, I never hear back from the medical teams when the front desk staff say they will send a note. I find it hard to believe that the medical team won't check their messages once in the morning or once in the evening. If that's the case, then this is very poor service. I do not recommend the Olympia or Centralia location or frankly Frontier Dermatology as a company, period.
