Their fix was to wedge a piece of scrap metal under it. Cleaver, and it worked for a while, but like all cobbled fixes it didn't last. They wont stand behind it, or their cobble repair. They chimney cap they installed with only 4 screws blew off, and they did not care one bit.

I wish that I had withheld final payment until everything had been resolved.

They charged me an additional $600 to repair the front of my house where I had an overhang. I asked several times about the cost and stated this is the full amount and was told yes, they would not charge any more than what was on the agreement we BOTH signed. Well that didn't hold up and we ended up having to pay $600 more. My front picture window was defective so it needed to be replaced. Twice it was replaced and broken. The screens for the front larger picture window don't stay in and fall out with the wind. The smaller window in the living room doesn't open all the way and opens very hard. My trim in the kitchen window was damaged and there was a large gap in the wood. I had to ask them to come back to repair it and you can still see where the gap and discoloration is. I would not recommend this company to do work for me again and would not hire them again. I tried to discuss this with the owner, Micah, and got no where. He wouldn't refund the $600 or even part of it. I have also asked for a receipt for the additional $600 I had to pay and two months later I am still waiting for the receipt, even though I was told that would not be a problem to get the receipt.
