We had 10 windows installed about 1.5 years ago. And they have all been great. Until there was a giant storm overnight and we had some leakage. I called Window World the next morning and within THREE HOURS they had a team out to us, checked it out, and took care of it, no questions asked. And they were more than willing to help us with some screen damages that needed to be repaired. We were very happy with our service all around on sales, price, installation, and the repair. If we ever have a window project in the future, we will absolutely use Window World again and recommend it to others! Thanks for the great service! read more

Probably the best experience I've had in regards to contractors for my home since purchasing it in September. Had 4 companies come in to give estimates and show their product. When the rep from Window World arrived for his appointment, he was courteous, professional, and did not do a horse and pony show. He simply got right to the point in explaining what Window World was about, explained the product, explained the warranty, and the installation process along with the financing and price breakdown thoroughly. They offered a superior product for the price and over $7000 less than a comparable company offering the same type of product. We went with the Energy Star Dbl Pane Series 4000 mid grade window. We need 17 windows replaced but budgets being what they are, went with the 6 that needed to be addressed right away which were 4 2nd story windows and 2 living room windows. Once ordered, he stated that it would be 6 to 8 weeks to installation. It ended up only being 5. The installers were fantastic. They took their time and did a fantastic job. The outside molding and siding were done with attention to detail and they even took care of a minor repair on a different window when a problem was discovered. Once everything was cleaned up, they went through care and maintenance and I couldn't tell they were ever there. The difference with drafts upstairs and in the living room were immediately noticeable and the installation is flawless. They look great! I will be contacting them again next year to do 6 more windows and then again to finish off the project. read more

The salesman was pushy and once we priced around we found out he was quoting us a couple thousand dollars other business that looked at our house. I feel very confident in saying he quoted what he thought we could afford NOT what it should have actually cost. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. And to add insult to injury, he wanted us to make a decision immediately after he gave us a price! He told us the prices were increasing March 1st so we had to decide; then when he called to "check back" a couple days later he told my husband to keep the quote because it would be good for a while! Just had all the windows in our house replaced this fall and we couldn't be more pleased. We had 5 or 6 companies come give us estimates and Window World was the most reasonably priced with comparable Windows. We were a little hesitate to purchase Windows through Window World due to their low cost but are so glad we did. We were incredibly pleased with James, our installer, who was very professional, courteous and knowledgable. We would suggest Window World to anyone looking for new Windows. read more

Really unhappy with the job they did. They didn't tell me any of the information I needed to know before replacing my wood windows with their vinyl. Like how bad they would look, or how they don't actually replace your window, they just put theirs inside of the existing one. The windows still leaked air post installation. The guys that put them in used my bathroom without asking permission (it was a bathroom with an out of order toilet and they left the seat up) they also walked in with dirty shoes to mess up my carpet. read more

We had Window World install 10 windows 10 years ago and thought they did a great job at that time, and we wanted to install a few more before we sell the house. Sales rep came to the house and measured two small bedroom windows, one small bathroom window and two regular size living room windows. Since the price of them was double what we paid the first time, we went with the two small bedroom and small bathroom windows to start with and would maybe do living room later. The price of these three very small windows was over $1600, even though they advertise you can get a whole house done for under $3500. I changed my mind and wanted to get my money's worth, so called the sales rep and talked with him and said instead of bathroom window, we wanted to go with the two living room instead and the bedroom still. He said no problem, but never called to confirm. When they called and said the windows were ready, she stated what was coming and I said no, we changed the order. She had Marvin call me back, and he said he didn't remember talking to me and said he would call back after he checked his phone records to see if I called. Apparently he didn't believe me. He never called back. Meanwhile, I pulled my phone records with the date and time I spoke with him and provided him with a copy and had to call him back. He never acknowledged the mistake, but said he would offer me a "super deal" on the two I really wanted. Basically a 10% discount; not much of a deal. Their office called and said, well the deal is we have three windows that will only fit in your house ready to install, when do you want them to come. I set the appointment; on the day they were an hour late and knew we had to leave the house at a certain time. They finished in time, but later that day, our neighbor came over and informed us that the caulking was not finished. Called again, spoke with a manager this time, no apologies, just came and finished caulking. Terrible service and quality obviously awful and of course the price is not what they advertise. I would never recommend them or use them again. We also had one window from the ten-year ago installation that was compromised and clouded up in between the panes of glass. We have yet to see that replacement come. read more
