Nothing short of great! This summer, I've had a problem with red ant colonies in my front yard. I live in a huge corner lot and no matter how much I sprayed they would just move closer and closer to my porch. Well, they reached my porch and that's when I knew I needed help ASAP before they start entering my house. I messaged them through yelp 2 days ago around 7pm. (After hours) they quoted me within minutes and set me an appointment today! They arrived in the beginning of the "time window" which was surprising, in a good way. The team were so helpful, knowledgeable and assured me that the spray was organic, pet safe and wouldn't kill my plants. We have been with Crazy Ant for a while now at our old house, and now our new house. Their pricing is very reasonable and we love that we and our pets do not have to leave the house when they spray. We just keep our pets in a room that we don't have sprayed for a half hour to an hour until the spray has dried. That was a huge selling point for me. Other companies make you leave your house for a couple of hours and that was not doable for us. Matt did an excellent job and sprayed all the areas that we asked him to, inside and out. Had Crazy Ant for a few years. They are nice and came on schedule. However we started having ants in the house and despite their name they were never able to get rid of them despite multiple efforts. With the price I was paying monthly, I had to end the relationship. Sadly I was somewhat "threatened" with a startup fee if I tried to restart service down the line. I've been pretty lucky with pests at my home so far. A few earwigs, a couple of spiders here and there. But we started to notice more black widows in the yard, a cockroach in the garage. It was time to get some help. I'd seen Crazy Ant here on Yelp and they sounded trustworthy. I liked that they advertise organic sprays. I don't know anything about it but if they've got something that works and isn't too noxious, I'm for it. My husband called and they gave us an appointment time a few days out. The guy arrived on time and did a walk around. We opted just to go for a full outdoor spray and see how it goes. He was very efficient, working his way around the house a few times and clearing away a bunch of cobwebs and things as he went. There's definitely a noticeable scent to the spray which made its way inside, but it's kind of semi-sweet, pretty inoffensive. He commented that since we didn't get much cold weather this winter, bugs are out in force. Since the spray I haven't seen any beasties outside the house, in the garage or on the porch, doorways, etc. Hopefully that will last! I'm happy with the service and will call them again whenever we feel we need their help. read more

We would receive a text a week prior, day of service, then an hour before the service person arrives.
