There is a well knowledgable guy that works there that seemed to know every detail w so many products located there. This is my 2nd sampling event at this location. If you get a chance to try this new product that just came out. -196 Vodka Seltzer Beam Suntory you won't be disappointed. You can get a 4 pk or the variety pack that has Strawberry, Grapefruit, Lemon and Peach. A variety pack sells for $21.99 or individual 4 pack sells for $10.99 . A very clean but on the smaller side liquor store but setup very nice. The owner has family that own other liquor places and has connections to Georgia and Tennessee stores and buy single barrels of liquor and samples here. Which is cool and they giveaway their barrels when there's too many. A place to definitely come check out

I did find a nice bourbon and a few cans of ale to purchase. Conveniently located in a newer corner stop with a neighboring coffee shop and sandwich shop, I would have plenty reason to return in the days ahead.

I had a lot of fun learning more about Cabernet and what I do and don't like about it. A small fee for an experience worth an hour, it's pretty decent. And I like how they do tastings. During this visit, I was looking for a rum to make piña coladas, and one of the associates in the aisle helped me choose one. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the decision easy. I also appreciate that they carry products you don't always find at smaller liquor stores. While I enjoy shopping here, I do prefer the Milford location when it comes to the craft beer singles selections. A big downside was at checkout. I had just gotten a new phone and hadn't finished setting up my Apple Wallet, so paying took a little longer than expected. Unfortunately, the cashier didn't seem very patient, which made the interaction feel a bit rushed and weird. Next time I'm in the area I'll just hold off and stop by the one in Milford which is on the way home for me anyway.

(as the kids say) It was crowded despite being early evening. The only available seats were at the bar area near the windows, which was fine because we were determined to experience the "new" place. We ordered the tuna tartare and lobstah rolls. The accompanying chips are homemade (slightly salty, but my taste buds are really close together). The host was attentive and gave us the royal treatment. We put this gem back on rotation and we are definitely returning!!!

Updating my original review to add a few things... Fork n Fire recently made significant…read morerenovations to the main bar area. It now feels more luxe, modern, and high-end. The textured walls are gorgeous and give the space a style it was definitely missing before. As usual, the happy hour menu never disappoints. The Pomjito is a personal favorite.. refreshing, light, and not too sweet. We also got the oysters and mussels, both solid. The mussel sauce was unique compared to a typical tomato base, which we really appreciated. For my entrée, though, I was disappointed to see that the tuna salad I always order had completely changed. It used to be an arugula salad with Asian flavors and the tuna served on top. Now it It's a Niçoise salad, and the tuna is awkwardly placed on the side. Nothing about the tuna tasted like it did before. I'm usually a sucker for ahi tuna, but this was honestly one of the most disappointing ahi dishes I've ever had. It felt totally incohesive with the salad next to it. I really wish they didn't change the menu so frequently. Once I finally find an entrée I genuinely look forward to, it disappears. That said, we'll still be back for the great happy hour food and solid drinks. Now it's just a matter of finding a menu item I like... and hoping they keep it.
