When we picked him up he had sustained a significant injury to his foot which we were told was noticeable from 7 am that morning. We picked him up at 17:00 after they failed to advise us. After many distressing and expensive vets appointments Flaxlands refuse to admit responsibility for their obvious negligence. Terrible communication throughout. Do not recommend trusting this place with your pets.
