I saw this location while vacationing in Niagara Falls and stopped in for the occasional thing I needed (and to use one of the thousands of FREE gift coupons). Staff here were friendly and in general, the store was well stocked, organized and clean. I cannot comment much upon the quality of the products that they sell. I can say that in general, if you aren't spending much on something, the quality you expect out of it shouldn't be that great and should last for not too long of a period of time. Regardless, everything I have boughten here (and I have actually bought tools before) has worked well for my uses. I'm not all that much of a hardware kind of guy; however, I enjoy shopping here and highly suggest this newer location. We had the Home Depot contractors come and refinish our kitchen. Reface cabinets, new cupboard doors, and a peninsula built. The sales guy Andrew (who said "I'm not a typical sales guy") was extremely pleasant btw told us for an order placed on 9-24-2025, we would be completed for that Thanksgiving. Construction started on 12-29-2025 and I signed the complete paperwork in February or March. We were told we shouldn't have been told that from our not-sales guy. Too much to say here. Bottom line is we are extremely disappointed with most of it. Things don't line up, cupboard doors needed to be reordered at least twice, soft close hinges and slides get stuck and the material chips very easily. For $20k plus, we feel taken with the poor quality and length of time taken to complete ESPECIALLY being told a lie. And of course no one will return our calls or emails. Now I know people probably have had positive experiences and that's fantastic! We were not one of them.
