I order my mattress in December because it was out of stock. No problem. I was told mattress will arrive January 27, 2023. My husband randomly suggested on my birthday January11th let's just see if the mattress was in and it was. Matress was delivered Sunday the 15th. When it was brought in the house one side was full of muddy snow as if it was drug. We cleaned it and set up the bed ourselves. 1st night ok then I started waking up to excruciating hip/back pain. After day 6 and went in and complained (Jan 21st) I was told it was too soon to be complaining but STEVE said he'll see what he could do. He'll reach out to his supervisor and call me back. Never heard from him. 3 visits later still no call of help. Sunday Feb 12th Steve called saying, "I got your message you left yesterday and I can help." He saw my husband message my husband wrote on yellow paper 2 Friday's ago cause he helped another customer using his note to write on the back. After you purchase the bed and it causes you pain or discomfort they charge you 10% of the cost of the mattress, delivery fee of $50-$100, and a restock fee of $97, plus whatever the difference is of the mattress you choose. I WILL NOT INVEST IN ANY PLACE THAT DOESN'T TRY TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY!!!! I bought a mattress pad outside of mattress firm and now I'm getting peaceful sleep without pain. Don't let the smiles and service fool you. You're the enemy at the end. No matter how nice you are its all about the money. Listen, shop somewhere else. It's not worth the headache. This made things very easy, as it allows to you almost instantly rule out 75% of the store. Another plus side is the selection. They have so many different types of mattress, that I'm sure anyone could find what they need here. They have them all from the very expensive tempurpedic mattresses all the way to the other end of the spectrum. What was very annoying is that, even though we clearly stated that we were not interested in the temperpedic mattress (very out of our price range), we were constantly being told about how awesome it was. This went on for the majority of our visit in the store, which was roughly 45 minutes to an hour. Every mattress we tried was being compared to the tempurpedic mattress, which we could have cared less about. We appreciated the help from the associate, but it was way too high pressure for our liking. We were not allowed to freely look around the store after we found what style we wanted. Instead, the associate followed our every step and "educated" us on what we need, which allowed us very little time to discuss what we wanted without being interrupted. We did shop around at other stores afterwards and ultimately ended up back at mattress firm to buy our mattress because they easily had the best deal on the mattress we wanted. This was a definite plus! While we were checking out, our salesman tried pretty hard to convince us to buy a mattress cover which costs over $100. We did not decide to get the mattress cover because we knew we could find it much cheaper (which we did on amazon. Basically the same cover, but $75 dollars cheaper with a 10 year warranty). His last sales pitch for the mattress cover was to tell us that it will not only protect your mattress, but that it will also reduce the amount of "eye boogers" you have. To try to convince us, he told us that "eye boogers" are actually the FECES FROM MICROSCOPIC ORGANISMS. This did not sound realistic to me, so I did my research and found that that is actually not completely true. We ordered two of them, we like to use them almost as a sectional, but the best is we can switch the couches, so one side doesn't get too worn. The couches are super comfortable looking for in our family room. We choose a special duty fabric which repels stains and liquids, it is very soft and nice. All of the inventory is in good condition and not very close to expiry so it's a good place to check out if you've just moved and need a few specific items to fill your home. Word of warning: checking out can take a while so don't come here if you're in a hurry.

I got snow and winter clothes, snow suits, hats, gloves for a family of 4 for $90. They also have a discount program and for spending $90 I got $11 coupon I can use next time I go.
