A friend recommended Jamey since she has used him before, and her friend (who is also my friend) recommended him to her originally. I prefer recommendations since I know the person who is providing the review. I got in touch with Jamey and he was completely up front from the beginning. He explained that he was super busy and didn't know if he could help with the replacement of my water heater but could probably come by and provide a recommendation and help in any way he could. Unfortunately, Jamey was not able to come by due to being that busy. However, he did put me in contact with one of his friends and former business associate. Just the fact that Jamey took time out of his busy schedule to think of me and my situation, then to find some sort of solution (even though he is not monetarily benefiting from it), is above and beyond what is expected from someone that is obviously busy at this time. If two of my friends are willing to recommend him off of services, I would be willing to recommend people at least give him a chance to come see what he can do. If he puts as much effort into his work as he did for trying to help me, I'm sure it would be a job well done. I will definitely be keeping him in my contacts for future projects.

He already looked at what he was getting in to. A professional looks at a job and knows with certainty what he or she can or can't do and what is required. It's not a guessing game. Now, after hiring Keith plumbing, I have wasted multiple weeks when I could have had someone else that knows what they are doing and I am finding myself scrambling to find another plumber.
