Dave even went over all of the joints of the gas lines to put me at ease, since I'm always overly cautious about it. He just wanted to make sure I felt happy and safe. Great work! We have hot water after ~12 hours of noticing it was broken. That's an amazing turnaround and really just showed the work ethic and skill at Dave. The number listed on Yelp was incorrect. The business representative was clear that "they" are not available. He didn't know the reps and added that Matt, the primary owner, was injured. If you are looking for an estimate, keep in mind that it appears that they are having staffing / operational challenges.
