On the rare occasion that you do speak to a live human on the phone, they can never even give you an idea of when they are coming out. The poor fish are always swimming around in a filthy and dark tank (they never fixed the light timer for daylight savings time). Imagine how this makes the company that I work for look. This company is a rip off and will tell you exactly what you want to hear until it comes down to doing the work!!!!

I scheduled my dog for a groom a year later, thinking someone could groom my poodle. My child was bringing her late and I told Stephanie, whom I never met before, she didn't introduce herself, was not friendly, was short and quite brash in her tone, told me we had 15 minutes and then we can't get done. I would like to have known that as we drove 30 minutes to get here and were quite inconvenienced. Being late was out of our control. She asked how much longer, I told her she was right down the road, she said, well she has 2 minutes. She could have given us a minute longer or been kind, that goes a long way. I got my dog out of the car and walked inside, Stephanie was standing around, she wasn't doing another dog. You mean to tell me a couple minutes made a difference?!

They always have what I need, and on the rare occasion they don't, they make sure to get it for us. Their groomer, Veronica, is fantastic. She takes extra care with my dog, Puddin, even putting cotton in her ears before a bath to help prevent infections. They also offer a convenient self-wash station if you prefer to bathe your dog yourself. And the reserved parking out front? A total lifesaver. Super convenient and always appreciated. It was coming from the grooming area. I stood and watched. The groomer was clearly upset at the dog and being rough and push the dog a few times. The little dog looked scared. She seemed to sense me watching and started to be nicer to the dog. I asked a few people if it was their dog. It wasn't anyone's dog. I took a picture to show the dog. If this is your dog. While I got to meet and fall in love with Oscar at his foster home, the actual adoption took place here, where his foster mom volunteers on weekends. The actual process took only a few minutes as we went through his paperwork. As we were doing that, Oliver was playing with buddies and looking quite adorable - other folks stopped by and expressed interest in him and I was happy to let them know he was going home with me.
