I was sent here by my company for a 6wk stay. The night I arrived they had given away my reservation and had no rooms available leaving me to call my boss at ten at night waking him up to reserve me another room at a different hotel at comfort inn. Had I only been lucky enough to stay there. So by time I was actually allowed into my reserved room all the 150$ worth of food I'd brought had been spoiled and had to throw away. Night three I was accosted in the parking lot and asked if I do drugs or wanted to have sex from one of the residents. When I told the manager Stephanie Bean about this I asked to be moved to a smoking room so I didn't have to be outside, even though I detest smoking inside and have everything I own smell as horrible as this smoking floor does, she acted like I was bothering her! So I took the day off work for the time to move floors and never heard from anyone again that day until late that night around 8pm I called the pm clerk and he personally went and cleaned one for me and helped me move. He is the only one who is even kind to me here. Unfortunately they put me below elephants bc all I can hear is their stomping around and the sound of the interstate five feet from the window and the sound from the tv where the speakers are blow to the point you can't make out the voices. On night five my car was broken into stealing money clothes chargers shoes...anything worth stealing was gone! When I brought all this to the manager's attention she told me if I'm having so many problems that I should just leave! Never trying to be nice or hospitable, turns everything around like it was my fault. As if I'd like all the miscreants cat calling me everytime I leave my room. She and another clerk started being condescending and ridiculing me to the point I was frustrated and angry. I've contacted the hotel about this and have heard nothing back. Half the staff lives here and instead of being at the desk are outside smoking half the time leaving the phone by the desk making you call them on the phone and when u dial guest service you see them outside the front door smoking and they tell you they'll be in in a while and you stand there for 15 minutes with your dinner getting cold while they finish they're smoke as if customer service doesn't exist. Simply put this is the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. From the rude and degratory employees to lack of compassion to someone who is robbed and accosted on their promises to the awful smells and paper thin walls and beds. I work 13 hr shifts to come here and listen to the sounds of semi's and elephants. I contacting my own company and requesting to be moved to a different hotel. I cannot imagine being stuck here for another 5wks. One was enough to know this is more like a crack house than a hotel! read more

I made a reservation here for my folks when they were visiting. We needed the handicapped accessible room. They did not have our reservation even though we called again 1week before checking in. They did have a room available but it was on the smoking floor and smelled terrible. The bed was too high to be accessible from a wheel chair and there was no way to take the bed off the frame as we have done in the past. The front desk worker was overworked but nice. I ended up having to find my folks a different hotel. It was such an inconvenience since it was after 9 pm and they had been driving all day. read more

The room is decent for $36 bucks per night. The only problem is the laundry room is located on the entrance of the hotel. The softener smell is really strong, you can smelled it from the front desk. The worse thing is our room is located next to the laundry room. The sheet smelled with strong softener, the room stink at all times due to softener and the shower curtain chemical smelled since it is still brand new. My skin itches and I broke out with hype. The wall is paper thin, you can hear your neighbors. They have bad ventilation, the hallway smelled like cigarettes. The room smelled like cigarettes, even tho is a smoke free room. It is stuffy, barely can't breath. The pro tho, the location is great, close to the highway and plenty of shops and restaurants around, next to Kohls and Walmart. There is a small kitchen and fridge. The room is clean. 50/50 of considering of staying here since the price is decent. read more

I would never recommend this place. My grandparents had to get out of their house because of the flood and they would not let my grandpa in because he didn't have his ID. Now my grandpa is 85 yrs old and has one leg and is on oxygen and grandma is 82yrs old and had difficulty walking. The first night they booked them but was over booked and the second night is when this all want down. You would think some people would have a heart but NO not this place. read more

The staff has been 110% unfriendly the entire time. We have been here a month and pay by the day + late fees and they still give us the run around. We have had consistent problems with room keys and exchanging towels. They make up policies that are clearly not in the Guest Rules & Policies pamphlet they used to deter me. If your looking for a hard time and ignorance than this is right up your alley. 0 Stars for these poor souls. read more

Had to wait 45 minutes to be checked in Got into room and immediately was greeted by the sound of loud thumping, bumping from the floor above. Along with the bumping was the sound of furniture being dragged across the floor. This continued all night long even at 3:30 AM. I called down to the front desk several times. First I was told a woman with 3 kids was living there (this is an extended stay facility). The next day and night was even worse. I called down to have them change my room since they seemed unable to control these boarders. I was told there was only 1 room left, but it was a single. I told her I'd take it. I proceed to pack up all my stuff (2days) from all drawers, the fridge and the bathroom. This is the day before Christmas and I have many things to do, but I wait for their call. Nothing. I call back and tell them I'm ready to go. Then they inform me it might not be available till Saturday. I paid an extra $20.00 for a secure internet connection for the week. It worked for less than a day. I was told to call the service provider. There was no mention of the lack of utensils for eating, cooking, drinking ever mentioned. There was a night stand without a lamp nor was there any desk lamp on the desk/kitchen table. You have to take your own trash out and take your soiled towels etc down to the front desk for replacement. NEVER AGAIN ! read more
