Instead, I got one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Before moving day, I provided detailed information about the size of my move so the company could send an appropriately staffed crew. They didn't. Three movers arrived, and by late morning it was obvious they were moving far too slowly to finish in one day. I called Good Greek multiple times throughout the day to express my concerns, and every single time I was told, "They'll be done in another two hours." That never happened. Instead of acknowledging they were understaffed or sending additional help, they kept the crew working into expensive overtime while assuring me they were almost finished. By midnight, I finally told them to stop and go home because it was clear they weren't going to finish. The result? Large pieces of my furniture were left blocking my condominium's common area overnight, and I was fined $500 by my condo association because of it. The next day, rather than sending additional help, Good Greek actually sent fewer movers than the day before. To make matters worse, the strap securing my televisions and mirrors inside the truck failed during transport, damaging both of my televisions. The entire move was poorly planned from the beginning. I wasn't charged more because I had more belongings than expected--I was charged more because Good Greek failed to properly staff and manage the move. I repeatedly warned them throughout the day that things were falling behind, and they ignored every opportunity to fix the problem. What made the experience even worse was what happened afterward. I called several times to discuss the damage, the unnecessary overtime, and the condo fine. Every call went to voicemail, and I never received meaningful follow-up. Once they had my payment, customer service essentially disappeared. Good Greek markets itself as a premium moving company, but my experience was anything but premium. I ended up with damaged property, a $500 fine, thousands of dollars in moving charges, and a move that should have taken one day but dragged into two because of poor planning. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. If you're trusting a moving company with your home and belongings, I'd recommend choosing one that values planning, communication, and accountability--because that was not my experience with Good Greek.

At no point did anyone tell me that I needed to go to the unit to break the seal and lock it until August. Today 07/28/25, I received a call from Keila with this information. I sent someone over to the unit to do exactly that, that person immediately sent me pictures of the unit and asked, "you even know what you just rented?" I called Keila back and I asked if there was another unit in better conditions as I will not be moving my furniture into that unit on Saturday, she pretty much told me that I would have to wait to go in person on Saturday and see what can be done... pretty much no guaranteed solution to the problem! I clearly do not live in West Palm, it isn't just a trip down the road for me! If I would've waited until Saturday I would be pulling up in a U-Haul with all my furniture and potentially not even having a unit that's in decent conditions available for me... so to avoid any further frustration. I asked her to just close out my account out! With no care in the world, she simply told me that her manager said that there's nothing that they can do and they would refund me for the lockbox. This facility cheated me out of $100 for a place I never even been to, let alone stepped in or stored absolutely anything in. The pictures attached are the conditions of their storage units. It's absolutely disgusting, & not secured for any valuables. AVOID!

I went to the unit and noticed that I was robbed, I had end tables approximately 8 of these (only 1 left), a coffee table, some antique hand saws and other items missing. It is disappointing that the storage unit employes never kept an eye on the roofers, never contacted me to let me know that the roof was going to be replaced. My father, Clifford Mitchell, was inquiring about having 24hr access to park his vehicle, in his rented space on site, of which he's had for over 5 years. He had been able to access his parking spot 24 hours until the new company took over. There was no proper notification that rules changed after the new management came in. Anthony called him SHADY on the phone because my father called the call center after Anthony said there was nothing he could do about giving 24hr access. My father called the call center to see if they could make an exception or further assist since he has been a loyal customer and had 24 hour access up until they changed management. He is humiliated and appalled at the unprofessionalism of Anthony. How dare he call a customer SHADY after seeking help from the company call center. After being told by Anthony there was nothing they could do, it's his right to seek help from the call center. This is absolutely unacceptable, humiliating, and appaling that a customer is being called a name. Shame on Anthony for treating a customer this way and calling him SHADY. Clifford Mitchell will be taking his business elsewhere. As for Anthony, he shouldn't be working for a company with such a great reputation. It is only because of them that I stay and I do like the accommodations of Extra Space Storage. As someone who has stored stuff most of my adult life, I can say there is a big reason I always stay at this one and that is cause they help you and make you feel at home there. You know they care if you are a happy customer. Most storage places could care less. I recommend this Extra Space Storage at 401 Military even if it is out of the way. It's out of the way for me, and I prefer it plus it is near the airport.
