Once Prime Storage acquired the facility, Rebecca stopped working there. It has never been the same and continues only to decline. Not only does the AC almost never work, I have seen water flowing out of people storage units, and into the stairwell, and the elevator is out on an honest weekly basis. No one is ever in the office, so you scan a QR code to speak to someone that is offsite and has to look up the property in the system and try to guide you as someone that has never even been there. Absolutely worthless. We will be moving our items as soon as we can. Oh, right, one last thing - they continue to raise the rates on everyone regularly.

My rent has more then doubled in the past 16 months…read more When I called to find out why it keeps going up I get the same answer " we raise price to match market " or " that's market price right now " but when I call now to lower it proving all other storages including theirs has come back down in the $200 range and ask for " market price " it's not allowed or " we don't do that ". Load of BS. Me and 2 other storage units our family and neigbor have here are moving out. Found better accommodating facilities than this place. $500+ while everyone else is way under $300. You get punished for being a loyal customer. Ridiculous.
