Seeing as we are seniors who live on a fixed budget the prices were excellent and so was the Clothing. It was clean and very afforable. While my wife shopped I had the pleaseure of sitting and enjoying a good hot coffee on a chilly day. I would high recommend this business for any one who wneeds to get the best bang for their buck. We walked out a few dollors poorer but we are satifiyed with what we bought and the quality. The clothing was clean, nicely displayed, not torn or wore out. On top we even got a discount as we are seniors. I would sooner spend my money in this store rather than a big box store. We were both astonished at the wide selection available. Deffinly a family friendly store. for what we bought we would have spent triple that in any other big box store with no discount. In talking with the owner I learned that they give back to the community in many ways. They hlp support Animal resuce plus others. Now what big box store would do that? The owner left a very positive impression with these elderly shoppers and we will deffinily be returning. Two very staitisfied shoppers.

I always feel better supporting Goodwill than their for-profit competition at the VV. They do a…read moremuch better job in the community and hire those that would have difficulty finding gainful employment in any other sector (ie they are more about the poor and needy). This Goodwill store is a nice size, not too big nor too small. It smells like mothballs just like any other Goodwill.. so it feels like stepping into your long dead grandmothers closet.. ah memories. What I did find a little annoying was the way the clothing was organized and priced. The t-shirts etc are grouped by color and not size, which can be a time waster while perusing the racks. Also, having a flat rate of $5 for each t-shirt is a little disingenuous since some of the T-shirts are worth 99c max, whereas few if any would be worth more than $5. Other than that, my experience was a good one.. Just remember to bring your own shopping bags since they don't provide those.

I have never met a store owner so rude in all of my life! It's one thing to say "No, thank you, that's not what we are looking for", and another thing to sneer from across the room in front of other customers and staff and make your potential customer feel embarrassed and humiliated. I had no idea what you do and don't take to sell. I'll never go back and will tell others of my experience as well! If you are selling second hand items, perhaps being a little less uppity would help. What an awful experience :(
