I am a Jiujitsu competitor and he has been coaching me to develop more strength and endurance. My technique, endurance and, consequently, ability to lift heavier weights improved dramatically since I started. StayFit OC gym also regularly hosts Hyrox preparation bootcamps. My friend and I participated in the most recent one to prepare for Hyrox Anaheim 2024; it was both challenging and rewarding! If you've been training for a while and are looking for someone who can push you, provide the structure, and sustainably help you take your performance to the next level (without hurting yourself or overtraining!), I can't recommend this place enough.

I almost forgot it was a Monday lolz. Each workout targets and activates a muscle group- Definitely felt the pump. Carlos was coaching me throughout the class AND he gently provided corrections and injury prevention pointers. As an endurance athlete, I really appreciated the flow of the Leg Day class. Each set is perfectly timed to prioritize quality of the movement mindfully, rather than speeding through mindlessly. Parking was super easy, which is always a plus. The space is also very clean with lots of breathing room! On top of that everyone in the class is supportive, kind, and ready to get swoll!!! If it's your first time- I highly recommend joining on a Monday at 6am!! This place is awesome and inclusive for anyone starting or leveling up their fitness journey.

Cheryl was able to get a guest pass (highly recommend dropping in to experience the gym) and signed up instantly. Here's why: 1. Your muscles will be sore and burn. If you have plateaued with your HIIT workouts, this place will make you feel like it's day 1 again. Lactic acid build up is nice! 2. The price has built in childcare! Average bb sitter is $20-$40/hr. If you and/or spouse wanted to go to the gym, no headaches of who will watch these little miracles. Shout outs to Ava/Eva, Chloe, and the team. They create a chill environment for kids (Bluey/Paw Patrol approved). 3. Trainers that care for your growth. From beginner to well done seasoned steak gym person, each trainer can help you progress over time. Their unique personalities and experience bring a fun, professional, and community building environment. They're legit. Guys/husbands, it may be strange to be in a room full of women. Haha. I'm pretty sure the gym's mission statement is to empower women (which is awesome). Not only do my kids love coming, but the workouts are fast (45 minutes) and effective. My strength & conditioning has improved! I've always been someone who values & prioritizing my health and fitness. Burn has everything you need to achieve your goals if you're willing to put in the work. Their trainers are fantastic. They push you and are personable. I also love the community and have made so many friends since joining. Visiting from Henderson, NV, I got my workout in at their Costa Mesa location on 6/23/25 at 9:30am and 6/24/25 at 10:30am. I flew here and did not have a rental car during this trip, so I took a rideshare here on both days. I wasn't comfortable taking one alone, so my dad tagged along with me both times, where he hung out at a coffee shop around the corner and took a little walk around the surrounding office space while I got my workout in. Burn's Costa Mesa location is a unique one to me. It's in a huge warehouse space with a pull up door surrounded by other businesses in this complex, plus they have a separate outdoor entrance for their child watch room. This was the first Burn location I've visited outside my home location. I only have a single gym membership, which required me to pay to workout outside my home location ($15/camp). My waiver was accepted but I had some trouble booking and paying through the app, so I ended up calling them first thing Monday morning, where they were very helpful and booked me on their end. Lauren and Casey were my trainers on 6/23 and 6/24, respectively. I stayed in Anaheim and it was totally worth coming down to Costa Mesa just to get my usual 45 minute workout in. I felt welcome here on both days and was given honors by my trainers for being a visitor. They make you feel right at home when you're away from your home gym!

After almost 3…read moreyears of not working out due to an ACL injury and surgery, along with being 5 months postpartum, I wasn't sure I would be able to survive this level of workout. What I found was an incredibly inviting, supportive, and encouraging environment. So much positivity to go around, and they meet you where you are, while challenging you to go just a little bit further. Within these past few months I have seen more transformation in my body and increase in energy levels than I have since I can remember. Complete game changer. I have committed to 12 months and can't wait to see the progress I have made by next year!

The place is spacious compared to other workout studios I've been to in the area. The format is mainly 5 stations with an A & B exercise. You can start at any of the 5 stations & you'll do sets of the A workout followed by the B workout or vice versa. Monday/Wednesday is upper body Tuesday is lower body Thursday is glutes and abs Friday through the weekend is full body (this location isn't open Sunday so you'll have to hit up their other location) We've been going to the evening classes which are taught by Meghan. Who I'd say is one of our favorite instructors (we've been to two other instructor's classes). She's good with explaining and keeping time. She's also a good balance of being a cheerleader/"woo girl" or coming over when you're butchering the exercise! Be prepared to say hello & give your workout buddies high fives!

Jon is great. He'll work with you to cater your training needs. He does a great job of explaining the plans. Steve is the trainer that got assigned to me based on my goals and my time availability. He does a good job of giving you workouts, making sure your form is right, keeping you in check, and being very flexible with your schedule. I tell him if I'm training for a half marathon or Spartan race, and he'll cater the workouts to what's needed. The physical gym is great because it's not too busy at certain times, so it's perfect for all backgrounds of training. They also offer massages, cupping, saunas and cold plunges. She's patient, explains form and technique in a way that actually makes sense, and takes the time to make sure you're doing things right. Because of that, I've gotten noticeably stronger and feel way more confident lifting than I ever have before. I also have to shout out her dynamic cupping therapy... It's been a total game changer and has helped me feel better from the inside out. With my busy schedule, flexibility matters a lot to me, and both Anh and the manager, Steve, have been super accommodating and easy to work with. They genuinely show up and support you, which I really appreciate. Jungle Fitness is judgment-free but still keeps you accountable and motivated, and working out alongside others in a small group is a great balance of chill and discipline, and I'm stoked to be training here.
